The privAcy

The bathroom was absolutly freezing, no way of getting the heating on like in the bedroom.

Don’t know where to start. From when we walked into the reception the lady who was on the desk was very welcoming and friendly. Gave us afew recommendations which we love! Reassured us about anything we might have a problem with, they’re just on the other end of the line if needed. From walking in the room was great, luxurious and inviting. The room was set up lovely and very comfortable bed & couch. Everything was very cleanJacuzzi in the garden bit, under shelter, then with lights above at night time. Very private. The TV had access to most of things you’d eat to watch (TV, Netflix, Disney+). Had a lovely little fire place centre piece on the wall which was lovely to look at, had a mini fridge with bottles of water. Bathroom was large with a powerful shower (I like) a jacuzzi bath with a Tv. Which was great before getting into bed, lovely and relaxing! We absolutely loved it here celebrating our 10 year anniversary, were looking at booking again but maybe trying a different room

Only one TINY down side is we would of loved to use the jacuzzi before we left as check out for time was 10:30 and we wouldn’t have time to use and enjoy it before we left as it was useable from 9:30 (self cleaning 10:30pm-9:30am) BUT we will definitely be back!! ♥️

The location and cleanliness

Hot tub water pressure. Lights around the top of the room in the images weren’t there Bed was so uncomfortable Elephants upstairs and coming / going all night making it so noisy and nearly got only 1 hour sleep My partner also smacked her head off the wall in the cupboard because there’s a step with no sign or anything

Lovely staff at the desk to welcome us upon our arrival at Aphrodites. We stayed in the rose gold studio we thoroughly enjoyed our stay the Studio was immaculate throughout. Relaxing hot tub sauna and the bath in the floor was stunning and possibly our favorite feature! The bed was amazingly comfortable.

I am sensitive to light and I found green safety light extremely bright so struggled to drift off but I understand that is necessary.

The get away was nice

I didn't like that I payed 260pound for a bad back and no sleep because of people walking about all night and the room temperature was to hot definitely won't be returning

The overall stay was really good. The staff were very accommodating and the room was lovely.

Whilst the staff were accommodating and tried everything they could, we had little to no signal in our room as well as the WiFi. This meant we couldn’t use the TV properly or use our phones to watch something on there.

The views

The holes in the sofa, unclean , curtains having off; sick stains on the floor micky mirrors fire not working, rude reception staff

Lack of fridge in room as medication needed chilling and wine cooler wasn’t adequate. Also speakers above hottub would be advantageous as tv couldn’t be herd from hottub

Good location, quiet and relaxing.

Extremely expensive for what it is/what you get, didn't have much hot water on the second day of our stay.

Very clean, beautiful stay, cant wait to be back next month!

Service was sometimes slow, but I appreciate they are busy. Breakfast was always on time though!

The privacy and really appreciated the upgrade so we could try out the sauna too!!

Wish there was more of a variety on the breakfast menu and maybe more room service options also if possible :)

The location was great and the hot tub was private from the other rooms opposite.

We did not appreciate being knocked out of bed by one of the staff as the room next door gave them the wrong room number to put their sauna on at 10pm. The staff were very apologetic the following day.

Trendy, Clean, lovely big bedroom and bathroom. Breakfast was really good value and delightful.

The hot tub was directly next to the front door of the hotel (but covered / encased in a fence) and it meant there was noise when wanting to relax in the hot tub. Could hear talking and noise through the hotel door and closed inside hotel room door which was a bit annoying. Also, throughout the night, could hear a hot tub (presumably) jets kicking in and it was quite loud and disturbing for us who are light sleepers as it is.

Not really getting two full days when paying £800 for two nights which is expensive when you can only check in from 3pm and check out 10:30.Think the check in time should be at least from 12pm

Our upgrade was nice once we cleared up the fact we didn’t want to stop in our original room

The original room wasn’t great complained dated and in need of some TLC the hot water was barely warm….this is a room we spent £400 on so I was not impressed

Staff were amazing, location is perfect. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice.

For the price we paid, there were stains on the head board, iron burn on the carpet and the bed seemed hard (only my opinion).

We’ve been before so we knew it was going to be a nice stay. Great facilities. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff.

There were a couple of things with the room that could have improved the experience. The sauna door didn’t close properly due to the wood warping, this meant heat escaped so it didn’t heat the sauna up effectively. Also the fire only had oil in the middle section which wasn’t a major issue as it still worked but just something to bear in mind for future bookings.

Parking

Private parking with electric points. Breakfast ordered to the room. Lovely coffee machine with pods and complimentary mini fridge. Netflix account logged onto tv.

No roof over hot tub on our suite. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay which made the hot tub experience slightly less pleasant with no roof.
