Great breakfast, staff and bar.

Nice towels and comfortable beds

Difficult location to get to ,easier to get from straight down onto A38 but to get to hotel from the A38 was not straightforward

The staff, especially in the dining room, were lovely. It was a very comfy clean room, and very good value for the price.

Some areas are a little tired but what do you expect when paying such a low rate.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was of a good standard.

There was only 2 sachets of coffee for 2 people in the room and at breakfast I had to ask for decaf plus there didn't Seem to be any dairy free milk or yogurt

Staff are polite, attentive and very helpful breakfast very fresh and although we didn't eat the menu looked good

For the price nothing

Very clean, staff very friendly and courteous. Rooms had everything needed. Free parking and restaurant a pleasant surprise. Great food, a good bar and breakfast.

Nothing not to like for the price a hidden gem outside Exeter

Have stayed here before and will again, when visiting family and friends in the Exeter area. Clean en suite rooms and a good value breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff.

Comfortable, good location

No water in morning due to burst main.Only toast offered for breakfast.....why couldn't they have cooked bacon and eggs?

I was cold and having no luck getting the heat going. He fixed it one night, but it didn’t work for me the others

I intend to return to Exeter and I will absolutely be staying here as a base to explore the town and nearby Dartmoor National Park and the Jurassic Coast. Their on site restaurant is very reasonably priced and serves good meals. All pictures are from the nearby National Park

Room was clean and tidy and I was able to charge up my car.

Breakfast choices for the non cooked was limited to very high sugar yogurts and limited cereal choices.Would have preferred some plain natural yoghurt, granola cereal and more fresh fruit.

The room and bathroom was lovely and nice fresh smell of them.. All the staff were very friendly and helpful ?

Stayed many times as convenient for our needs. Plenty of free parking and very quiet

It would of been nice to have more light and a shaving mirror in the bathroom

Location perfectly placed for continued journey south as seconds from the A38. Attractive buildings and ideal parking right outside your door. Room lovely,and comfortable beds. Breakfast was included.

Good to see hot food served on hot plates, so many places don't do this now. Great Beds.Excellent food.

Little bit off the beaten track, although this wasn't an issue, as i was attending a private function within the hotel itself.
