All staff were helpful, and no offence was taken.Natasha, during breakfast, was helpful
the guy did not try to fix the heater. we had to wait for someone else to come and fix it(1 Girl who was helpful)
Excellent location, friendly staff and great food. A special thank you to Natasha for brightening our breakfast time ☺️Highly recommend
Mattress rather on the soft side, put a bit of strain on the spine.
room was clean, warm and quiet. plenty of parking. Staff were friendly and helpful.
breakfast was awful. Poached eggs were hard, bread is the cheapest you can buy and the omelette had egg shell in it. The furnishings are tired in some cases with holes on arm chairs and some being held together with duct tape.
Spacious and clean
The heating comes from the air-conditioning system. So, I couldn't just put my soaked clothes and shoes (oh yes, this happens when you are out in about in Scotland) on the radiator to dry them. Turning up the room temperature to 25+ wasn't an option either because then I wouldn't sleep well. So, the shoes were still slightly wet in the morning.
Rooms were not clean. Stains on walls, curtains, and floors. We chose not to stay here and drove to Glasgow to book another hotel..
Good value and easy to find. Convenient pub and restaurant adjacent.
Our room was on the first floor and there was no lift. It was difficult with heavy suitcases. We did not see this in the hotel listing otherwise we would have requested a ground floor room. Also the breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was tasteless.
Cleanliness and staff. Food at the attached pub.
Room size was adequate. Checking and out was fairly easy. Staff were polite.
It was so easy to find and access Queen of the Loch - we spent 2 nights here at the end of our trip before flying out of Glasgow. We had no trouble getting in and out and there was plenty of parking. We enjoyed being able to walk to Loch Lomond as well as into town! Becca in the breakfast room was fantastic - she was so friendly and attentive and took such great care of us both mornings.
The bathroom in our room needed some attention - there were several visible areas of mold on the ceiling and the toilet seat was loose to the point that it was about to fall off.
Close to Balloch & the Loch, good food available on-site, clean & comfortable room
Nothing to share
Nice and close to Glasgow after flying for hours from USA. The birds singing in the nearby trees in the parking lot. The attached restaurant.
Nothing to complain about! Maybe understaffed?
room and location
Would have appricated brew coffee instead of instant on coffee bar
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel in a quiet location. Good restaurant on the doorstep.
All good.
Room was nice but , the company that runs the booking needs to up date pictures. Patio wasn’t the same and it looks like it not in the middle of a busy area.
Check in was in the pub !! Next door !! Had too Waite on a server from the pub too check us in. The online check in kept showing error and wouldn’t go through.
Gorgeous place. Clean, spacious, great pub.
The room is roomy, good water pressure in shower and has a good soaking tub. Bed mattress was firm and comfortable.
The property has “No elevator “ and should inform guests before a room is booked!!!!! The property is like a motel and really needed dedicated staff instead of telling the pub waitress to deal with hotel guests.
