Very clean

It was in a good location as we were close to our Friends. Also it had a restaurant and bar which was handy

My only critiques were the pillows were very thin. They need to update these also there were no tissues in the bathroom

A disaster for those, like myself, with accessibility issues.NOT MADE CLEAR BY BOOKING.COM AND, TO BE FRANK, I AM SOIRRY I WENT THERE.ONLY REDEEMING FEATURE WERE THE YOUNGSTERS AS STAFF.WILL NOT …NOT.. GO THERE AGAIN FOR ABOVE REASON.

Nice bar with friendly staff. Room was comfortable

Bit remote. Bar closed early and there was nowhere else to go.

Just noticed paid twice for the room 1 in my name 2nd in my partner's phoned and they refused too pay refund for 1 room for same dates think this is disgusting to treat pensioners this way one paid on my card the other on my partner's just checked my account yesterday and contacted red squirrel but no good what so ever please contact me about the situation paid £189 twice for one room I feel I have been ripped off by these people please see what you can do about this thank you William Byrne please get back too me

Billy, Gerade and the team were very helpful and attentive. There has been a definite improvement since last year.Loved the little magnets on the shower curtain.

No bacon available at breakfast 21st. Shame.

Easy to reach, close to Ardrossan where my yacht is based.

Bit of a faff at 10pm trying to get the right room. Bedding only provided for 3, but booked for 4. Very tired so just got on with it.

A door closer to the accommodation block at the restaurant would help especially in poor weather. Existing entrance is diametrically as far away as you could get!Accommodation block public area is soulless and uninviting.You lost my second night stay as the pricing matrix jacked up the price for it even though you had empty rooms that night

Great location for my needs. Very clean and comfortable. Staff couldn't have been any more helpful.

The room was lovely a bit over priced for what we got Only one bath towel between 2 people Very tiny cups for a brew and only 2 tea bags and sachets of coffees The toilet roll was terrible thin had to go out and purchase For the money we paid expected to have breakfast included but it wasn’t so in my opinion a bit expensive for what we got Even though we was visiting family we will never stay there again When we could have stayed at a bb for £60 a night

The room could have done with coat hooks near the door, for when it's wet weather.

Beds were small (for a single). We had a twin room. Beds were hard and uncomfortable. Soundproofing was poor to floor above, as heard other occupants moving around very loudly.

Lovely clean and good size rooms. Staff were very helpful. Food was good and within walking distance of Stevenson and Kilwinning.

The fact that there is no lift and I have a disability so struggled a bit with the stairs ,if I had been told on booking I would have asked for a ground floor,but that ok I will remember this for next time .

check in and out was really easy, room was clean tidy and comfortable. A good budget hotel in a good location.

The bathroom could do with a separate heater, but apart from that nothing else was negative.

Good location for visiting family.

Wasn't as clean as previous trips.only two tea bags for two people for two nights used to get biscuits and water.over all okay but not as good as before.missing out not including breakfast like before with cheaper options on doorstep
