Premier Inn London Stansted Airport

The family room was perfect for us. We all had a great night sleep before our early flight. Dinner was ok, was what we needed. Bathroom was a great size too and there were things available in vending machines if we'd forgotten anything.

The food was a little disappointing in the restaurant...it had just opened but the staff were excellent and helped us get our food quickly as we had a very hungry 4y old. It was exactly what we needed.

The family room we stayed in had a connecting family room, so you could literally hear other peoples conversations.

location is great. comfy bed. was quiet. just what we needed before an early morning flight.

the restaurant was nice and staff friendly… but the menu was limited. items were not available which was a real shame. food was nice though once we selected something and a reasonable price.

I liked the guys on the front desk they were very welcoming and helped us sort breakfast out for us and our children as it was very late when we checked in after our flight in to london stansted , one lady sorted us out extra duvets for my children very helplful , and the breakfast was amazing will stay again if we fly from stansted.

Rooms very cold bit “tatty”. In need of refurbishment dull interior decoration. found self check in awkward. didn’t recognise name, postcode or booking reference, had to get help from member of staff. extortionate overnight parking fee

great bar for a beer and some food

even though I was only parking to collect our room key the auto parking cameras meant I had to pay £3 to park for a matter of 15mins whilst I dropped off my bags before I dropped my car at the mid stay car park over the road. Seemed a bit harsh

easy access and check in - very friendly staff & comfy bed

Comfortable bed and pillows. Clean sheets and towels. Convenient location. Good a/c.

Not the cleanest room. Tea or coffee splatters over the walls and connecting door. Windows and sills were grubby and shower not very powerful. The room was small for 2 adults and 2 teens, and there was a thin connecting door to another room, which allowed a lot of noise from a screaming toddler to disturb us at 3am!!

Proximity to Airport, room was good as most premier Inns are. bonus that there was a shuttle bus.

That car parking is now outsourced.

my wife and i were going to a wedding not far from the premier inn,the accommodation was really good and above what we both expected. The staff were outstanding,and the food was good and the bar area was friendly with a good atmosphere.we will use premier Inn again when visiting friends or family. We are actually planing a family visit with our two sons and our grand son to the Clacton area to visit old friends,at the end of september 2022.

What is there not to like,we love premier Inn,great prices,great service great accommodation.

Good location for the airport and the bus to get there was on time. The room was a great size and very clean

The only fault was the smell in the public areas, but I do wonder if it was some kind of cleaner for covid

We asked to the receptionist if we had to pay the parking for the time needed to check in, she told us it was not ncessary, but we received the amend. Correct informatio should be given.
