Cons -
- We booked this hotel due to the facilities that it offered. The reason we came to the hotel was to try the hydro pool however it was shut off both days along with multiple sauna rooms. This was frustrating and ruined our stay
- Unclean room an poor room condition and over priced more like a £70 room with breakfast No WiFi details in the room Glass wear in the bar needs replacing old an over well used cloudy an scratched Place needs a major refub but I expect the members are stopping this due to fees an letting the place down in my opinion
- There was a mix up with my spa day booking, this wasn't booked online this was via a phone call and I had a confirmation email, need to sort the computer system out! since my last visit to the thermal suite, the relaxation area, foot spas and mineral steam room have been taken away. Your thermal suite is no longer good value for money. Also the jacuzzi wasn't working. The poolside sauna wasn't working and according to hotel members hasn't been working since last November. Breakfast staff never once said hello or good morning, a smile would have been nice. Hotel room: cold draft came in through the windows and hand basin had a problem draining water and needed bleach poured down it as it smelt bad.

The spa and massages are amazing, the food was lovely and the meal with the singer was very nice!
The beds are rock hard and I woke up with a backache. It was cold in the rooms and the heating didnt work very well even when we turned it up. We then realised they turned the heating completely off around 9pm and it came back on about 9am even though the temperature outside was 0 degrees and Im 38 weeks pregnant! The lamps next to the bed also didnt work.
The facilities were good with the pool, sauna and restaurant. The food at the restaurant was really nice and good value for money.
The rooms wasn’t clean and needed modernising. The walls needed a paint and the toilet floor was damaged via the shower screen not being water tight.
location was good but hotel very average. pool was ok - but a bit local sports centre vibemassage was good
bed was very soft and was two beds pushed together. dining room had no atmosphere and lacked personality
Breakfast was ok , but not very hot had to wait for eggs , bacon as they had run out , the staff seemed to spend a lot of chatting to, each other and not much attention to the service they were there to provide . the room was ok but no way was it worth the £150 price I had to pay for it!!!
Everywhere on site especially the pool area and changing facilities were really lacking some good old maintenance and T L C the Bar and Restaurant are looking really tired and are really expensive / over priced !!!
We used to come here all the time as found it relaxing and staff professional
Some of the staff and the way it was run or not run.no locked on Toilets hand dryers not working in golf area.some staff shouldn’t be there as they would rather chat than do work! Morning staff at breakfast no breakfast left and waiting for it while other food hadn’t been replaced standing over 30 minutes waiting while food come out letting other food get coldThe only professional was the receptionist who did a fantastic job
Great facilities clean and comfortable room
Pool area ok sauna wasn’t working again no spinner for your trunks
Good food choices for dinner and breakfast quick dinner service staff very attentive.
Coffee machine didn’t appear to work and no hot chocolate option. Orange juice had run out
Ufford park hotel is in a great location!
The hotel and restaurant area are tired and the hotel requires modern look Breakfast in the rooms was cold and hard !
It met my needs for location and facilities, close to my customer and the hold facilities.
My room 119 needs the shower hard, riser, generally renewing/replacing.
Great location. Reasonable evening staff and meals
It was way too hot. The breakfast was poor both days. It felt tired
Location and staff. Breakfast
The whole building is in need of some additional maintenance and decoration. Cracked tiles in the room, wallpaper peeling. Taps in the bathroom worn, sticking etc. Outside area needs additional tidying.A shame because on the whole its a nice place and should be better.
Room was lovely with a view to the golf course. Shower very hot and powerful. Good location for Woodbridge.
Bar area was a bit uncomfortable to have a drink in... no comfy chairs apart from one sofa that was taken. Had to sit on hard chairs so didn't hang around long. Not very welcoming.Breakfast was ok. We got down at 8am and thr fried eggs looked like they had been sitting there since they opened at 6.30am. No bowls, had to ask for some. Breakfast staff all just sitting around chatting while tables needed clearing.
Clean, bright and good facilities
We only booked one night!
Size of room good.
Property tired. Needs decorating. Room was noisy fan going all night. Toilet was broken. Bath panel hanging off. Room service number was engaged all night must of took phone off the hook. Breakfast was poor quality. Doesnt warrant £148 price tag on a par with travel lodge.
The staff are young but very helpful and friendly.Rooms are spotless and comfortable with everything you need. Buffet breakfast is really good.Really enjoyed my daily walk around the golf course on the 'trim trail'
There was a constant queue for the coffee machine in the morning, it would be so helpful to have pots of coffee and hot water available for tea available on the table. You had to decide on if your breakfast gets cold or your coffee while you go to the buffet! Also the spa changing rooms desperately need an update, but pool and jacuzzi are lovely.
Would never stay here again
Room was very dated Bathroom needs a massive upgrade bath taps were rusty and the sink kept blocking up and was very dirty The carpet in the bedroom was dirty and wallpaper coming away
The view from our room and the size of our room
We didn't have any water in the morning which we were told about about but caused a massive inconvenience.
