The shower was powerful, hot & lovely clean white towers

Door very difficult to get in to & the kettle kept tripping

the evening staff would get a 9. location.

booking did not match what was ordered, given 2 double beds upstairs, then when saw i was diabled given room 6 this had 3beds on the floor could not get around the bed, i am 75 my wife 70 and we had to lift the middle bed onto another?:?? in/out times 0.

The price , great location

Bed was a bit uncomfortable

Location was ideal, the service station located next door was convenient and open all hours. Staff were lovely and the room as clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Walls seemed a tad thin, could be that our neighbours were just loud but not really ideal to be hearing loud conversations and doors slamming at 2am.

The bed was full of stains my child couldn't lay in it he had to sleep in my bed

When we booked, it says air conditioning however during our 2 nights stay it was horrible, we struggle because it was hot

The staff were nowhere to be seen and eventually when they did turn up at the desk they were ignorant and rude .My autistic son was getting very anxious waiting and they made the stay totally uncomfortable. Also dogs roaming free in the hotel my son was scared

A little bit cold, but other wise great. Staff got us more blankets .

The shower did not work also the plugs in the sink could not hold the water so we were unable to have a wsh or shower we had had a long journey and needed to refresh which we couldn't do very frustrated after paying £84 for 1 night not happy plus there was no one on checkout in the morning. Overal we feel that a refund of £30 would justifie what we endured because couldn't wash or shower

Convenient on the M1 so easy to continue my travels North the next day. The reception lady was very polite and friendly

The public corridor smelt bad like old Tom cat. My room was dirty. Coffee spilt down the wall (under the desk) stained carpet. Lots of dust. Bathroom stained with limescale. Torn net curtain, red wine on decorative quilt. No dead bolt on the inside of the door. I had to put the chair under the handle for security. Cups were wet as if they had just been rinsed under a tap.

Stayed there 5 times now and always highly satisfied, excellent value for money and the lady on reception is very welcoming

Close to where we needed to be.

Quite tricky to locate from the other side of the motorway. Signage was not great.We had dogs with us, and were likely given a dog-friendly room, but overall the room was tired and needed a revamp.

Good location and met my requirements.

Rooms are comfy but the bathroom needed an update as it was a bit tatty. Also the corridor to the rooms wasn’t very inviting and needs new carpet.

Staff

I know you pay for what you get but it wasn’t very clean at all. The bottom sheet of the pull out bed was absolutely covered in jet black hairs that was stains and marks all over the bathroom and the bath and taps were so mucky I have taken pictures aswel. I’ve stayed with this hotel multiple times and never had a problem so I was very disappointed :(

Disappointing

There was no bulb in light above bed. Staff did not have replacement. Table beside bed had been broken and not replaced. We asked if we could change rooms but were refused as hotel was fully booked.
