Bridge Hotel Brandon

Lovely place to stay, arrived late, Matt met us and gave us even upgraded room. Full english breakfast was good, as suppose to be. Nice view from hotels room and from dinning area, next to small river.

The room that we had was for four people and I would say the room was a little bit too small for four people. We had three people in the room and it was a little bit cramped and not much storage space for four people or in our case three

The location was beautiful and peaceful. Best part was feeling so welcomed by the staff.

My only complaint would be the room size and the bed was a little hard on my hips.

Lovely hotel, we stayed in the annex which is dog friendly, lovely clean cosy room. The walk next to the hotel along the little Ouse is lovely full of wildlife our dog enjoyed it too.

Clean, updated room

I booked this room in Brandon for my 88 year-old sister to stay Christmas Eve, Christmas day and Boxing day because I didn't have room at my bungalow in Lakenheath for all my guests. The booking clearly stated that it included breakfast. When we got there she was told that there was no breakfast available for Christmas day or Boxing day, but there were cafes in the town. We walked into town on the evening of her first night and all the cafes had notices saying they were closed for both days. So, she had to wait until I picked her up mid-morning on both days to take her back to my home in Lakenheath before she could have breakfast. I'd paid for three days bed and breakfast and weren't offered breakfast for my sister on two of those days. I would expect a refund, but none was forthcoming.

A lovely well presented and clean hotel. The staff we great both at reception and in the breakfast room in the morning. Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. I often have colleagues travelling to the area for work and will be recommending The Bridge to them.

Nothing. Had a lovely stay

We have stayed twice while our car was being seen to by a local specialist garage. It is a lovely hotel with a relaxed feeling about it, lovely staff, delicious breakfast.

The room was spacious and clean. The tea and coffee making facilities were good and the biscuits were nice. The ensuite bathroom was nice, and in particular the shower was spacious, water pressure was excellent and temperature was great! The bed was large and comfortable! The breakfast was also excellent! The pastries, cooked breakfast and fruit salad (which was very fresh) were delicious! The staff were all friendly, from check-in to breakfast.

It was a little chilly in the breakfast room (we visited in November). On our first morning, the only tables with cutlery on were by the window that was ajar, so it was a bit cold there. That said, we were well wrapped up and we probably could have just moved our cutlery closer to the radiator.The walls are a little thin, but this didn't really both us too much.
