Rooms modern and have everything you could need.

Car park is expensive. Room could have been slightly cleaner and the air con was terrible.

Its new, its clean, its close, has a free shuttle, food was good.

Cabs will not take you from the airport to the hotel. No alarm clock in room.

The location to the airport, and rental car return was outstanding. Just a short drive from the hotel to either one, then a covered short walk back to the hotel

My room was rather small. The food menu was VERY high. If you don't have a car be prepared to walk to either the airport or other restraurnts. Eighteen pounds for a cheese burger.

Surpassed expectations. Beautifully designed room and very helpful and friendly staffed. Nice gym, too.

I was hoping for a bathtub, but there was only a shower.

Clean and tidy

Staff weren’t overly helpful or particularly approachable. Breakfast was rubbish. Hotel fell below what I remember a Crowne Plazza to be. It’s very basic.

The proximity to the airport was phenomenal.

It wasn’t the cleanest. I was only there for a few hours & opted not to shower or sleep because the towels & sheets looked iffy. Transportation was also an issue. The Dyce station is a 40min walk away so you have to pay for a taxi there & back or rent a car which I didn’t love.

Modern hotel with comfortable rooms and excellent restaurant.

The rooms and shower room were fab.. The tea coffee , hot chocolate and biscuit choice was great. Thought the bar area was very nice too and lovely spread for breakfast.

Just a little extra help from staff could of been better as I was on my own with a BuggyBack pack Trunkie suitcase And large suitcase No one offered to take anything to my room so I was a bit upset over that. But overall very good

The location was perfect for the short walk to the airport

The staff were a bit unprofessional where one of them was clearly not happy about something as we could hear him the other side of the lounge area. The hotel was not very busy and there seemed to be more staff waiting about than residents sitting having a meal like us. We had a burger that was ok. The wine was ok as well. The bed was not comfortable and having one very thin pillow didn’t help either.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Room was comfortably, breakfast was amazing - one of the best.Car park on premises.

A couple of issues highlighted by my elderly Mum was that there could have been a hand rail in the shower for safety purposes.A tea pot and milk jug at breakfast would have been nicer although the drinks machine was acceptable.

Use crowne Plaza Aberdeen airport all the time when travelling to and from offshore

As had early check in was not going to be able to get breakfast the guy on reception said ok to grab a coffee in morning however lady on breakfast reception insisted I paid £3 for a mediocre machine coffee even thought I had for £134 spent little under 6 hrs in the hotel

The location of the hotel was perfect - less than 5 minutes to the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely - very clean and very quiet. The bathroom was modern and luxurious. The whole stay was perfect. I would definitely stay again and would recommend the hotel to anyone travelling through Aberdeen.

The only thing I could have wished for were more pillows on the bed and I'm sure if I'd asked they would have been provided.

We stayed for one night and it was right beside the airport, only a few minutes walk away.The room was well appointed and the bed comfy.

Nothing, perfect for a pre-early flight stay

Very clean, nice decoration, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk from the airport, good bus connection to the city center. Very supportive stuff.

I would enjoyed some more bath consumables, slippers and bath dress. Additional i had a big discomfort by receiving messages from the hotel via Booking.com messaging system, asking 150 for advance payment for the room, which afterwards proved was a phishing email.

Have stayed here many times, usually the best hotel at the airport.

Room was pretty good. Love that it’s a dog friendly property.

Despite paying an additional fee for parking, we have been sent a £100 parking ticket for time spent in the drop off area in front of the hotel, unloading bags and checking in. Thereafter, car was moved to the hotel car park. I have emailed the hotel and asked them to cancel the parking ticket but there has been no response.UPDATE: The hotel has indeed responded with instructions for cancelling the parking ticket. I’m not sure if that would have happened when it did, were it not for this review. Either way, grateful as I am, I still find it astonishing, and disappointing that parking ticket can be issued for a brief stop in what is very clearly a Pick-up/Drop-off area in front of a hotel.

Good location. Lovely rooms and lounge.

Small issue that Main Desk was unable to print a vat receipt on departure due to a "technical issue" Despite their promise to email it has yet to be received.
