Didn't have time for breakfast, unfortunately.

1. We arrived really late, past 2am and we literally had to stay in the car park for like 25min before we could get a parking space ( this was really late at night), as there were a lot of people at the reception, (Saturday night).2. I tried to book the biggest bed I could get and even when I called the reception to make sure of it before booking, I was assured the bed was what I was asking, so big was my surprise when we got to the room an my husband's feet were out of the bed, so not a good sleep.3. Someone kept on running on the coridor so you can imagine that on top.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent.

The aircon/heating was flashing and didn't seem to work. An oil heater to plug in was in the room and did warm us up after a while. And no spoons, just wooden sticks to stir with and I'm not a fan.

Clean, staff were good.

Iron was not working and late night music sound.

Stayed at this hotel many times, it is clean & comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff are friendly & helpful.

Prices can vary quite a lot.People are using 2 parking spaces to park which is inconvenient.

The fact they had free breakfast, and a diner if you didn’t want to go out. Other restaurants in walking distance too.

Close to the motorway, very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast (my kids loved the waffle machine).

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, modern building, well equipped rooms with high standards of cleanliness and spacious bathroom. Large TV. Breakfast included in very reasonable price.

We have stayed twice to visit friends across Glasgow, and it is handy for travelling back down the motorway to England, but less convenient for Glasgow city centre without a car.

Breakfast is always good, there were no queues this time.Rooms are always clean as are the entrance hall & lounge area

The younger staff appear more friendly & welcoming .Cleaners & dining staff at breakfast are helpful

Nice & bright spacious room, staff were all lovely, we git an early check in for our event which made the go stress free for us.

Food menu was very small and the food and drinks were very expensive

The facilities was good and the breakfast was excellent. But the check -in was too difficult. We like the fact that it was 24 hour check in.

I did not like the check-in… on check in was asking so many questions at 2 am in the morning after a long drive from the isle of Skye going back down to England. All we wanted to do was go to sleep and I was asked a million questions and then told what was my dogs weight. I was not impressed because we drove a very long way and if I was told they are not accepting large dogs this should be clear on the website and on booking.com. That's not fair if you pay for a room and then to be told well we may not accept your dog because he is a large breed. What weight are we talking about? If you are going to put into place please state it clearly on booking.com

Good location, friendly staff, comfortable environment.

Coffee - machine at breakfast wasn’t great. Whilst offering a variety of coffees, the actual coffee was not good and an old fashioned cafetière would have been great. Maybe some veggie sausages available too.

Nice and spanish. Glazing meant room was quiet even looking over the car park. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.

Not keen on dogs bring in thd area where we ate breakfast

Stayed for 2 nights staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Great breakfast a variety of choices to suit everyone.

Unfortunately sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and some very bad stains on the bedroom carpet
