Cons -
- I didn't like that the room was not ready at 3pm. We then went down the bar and was moved as we had a dog. We had to have an exec room for this purpose. Didnt check in until 4pm. I understand that 150 people were eating on 21/2. Perhaps a staggered check in at bust times would work better. Some rooms must be ready before 3pm
- Our room was forgotten one day. Lighting was very poor.
- We stayed in room 206 and it got extremely warm in the night so we put the fan on that was provided but we were awake for a while until the room cooled down but apart from that the beds were really comfy!

Staff were extremely helpful both in the hotel and the spa. For some reason we got an upgrade to a really lovely suite. Couldn't fault any of it
