Hilton Garden Inn Birmingham Airport

Room was excellent, what I had expected. Breakfast was good quality and an excellent choice.

The weather was awful so the long-ish walk to the terminal spoilt the stay a little. The other airport hotels are closer to the terminal

Location is fantastic, and room is very nice, clean, and spacious with a good sized ensuite. Lady that booked us in was excellent

the fridge didn’t seem to do much and the bed was very hard for us.

On out bound flight we had a double bed which was super comfortable, on return stay we had twin beds which were quite uncomfortable.

Very close to airport for an early flight. As you would expect for a Hilton & reasonably priced. I was told there was a fridge in the room but there wasn't in ours.

I was told via message that there was a fridge in the room, there wasn't. I dont like being misled as it was important for us.

It looks very nice and is decorated to a high standard

The cleaners were knocking on the door at 8am to see if the room was empty and by 9.30 they had tried to get in 3 times so we left earlier then planned

Hotel very badly constructed , so when it rains it bounces off the cladding , creating horrendous noise

Breakfast could have more choices and bar was too full at evening. I mean, more tables for single travelers would be more efficient. Other than that very good.

The bar, restraunt and room were all excellent, all the staff were brilliant, the breakfast was exceptional.We arrived late after coming back off holiday and had a couple of drinks in the bar after checkin then woke early to a really good breakfast. Very good for access to the NCP car park and depature / arrival areas at Birmingham Airport, 5 min walk

Nothing was wrong with anythin it was very good and we would definatley stay again if flying from Birmingham Airport.

Good location for airport and NEC. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar area. Chef prepared me a lovely omelette for breakfast.

Room was poorly lit. Very thin duvet. Prefer a shower to a shower over bath. Poor beverage offer with breakfast.

The room was very good, clean and quiet, the restraunt and bar were excellent, we had dinner and it was really nice, the bar and drinks was very good, the staff on reception and in the restraunt and bar area were excellent

Thought food in dining area was a little expensive but it was nice food

Very comfortable room with good facilities. Hotel bar and dining area very modern and well managed.

The mobile heaters in the bar area did not remain on very long and our seating area became quite cold.

Lovely comfy clean rooms with very friendly helpful staff and a great Hotel bar with nice vibe plus good voice of breakfast and within a couple minutes walk to the airport Terminal. Really great to stay before a silly o’clock early morning check-in and also fab to relax and get a good nights sleep if you arrive from a flight later in the evening and can wake up feeling rested and have a hearty fresh breakfast before your onward journey!!!
