Perfect location with attentive, professional and friendly staff ( Charlotte on reception in particular )Always a pleasure to stay there.
Practical. Well situated. Very nice and practical business center to work as a small group
We really enjoyed our stay....
Maybe a better choice in breakfast. Some fresh and defrosted fruit available but not enough . Mini pastries were overcooked and dry .Wider range of cereals and cold meats would help.
Great staff. Food brilliant. Room had good bed and bathroom.
The room was v basic in furnishing. Tiny window
The room and location
No Netflix no complimentary water
Perfect location, plenty of reasturants across the road unfortunately we had to cancel reservations due to one of the children being sick as we pulled up, staff were very helpful. Room was spacious bed was comfortable and room service was great and very reasonably priced for the kids meals
I’ve stayed here a few times. A nice hotel in a good location representing good value for money. Friendly staff. The rooms have mini fridges - a useful addition.
All good!
Really lovely and modern, staff friendly and lots of cleaning going on
The pools a bit tired and very small but it’s useable
Staff were all helpful, friendly and great all round.
Teeny tiny window which was so high I couldn't look through it. I assume it looked out on to ventilation units as they were noisy. But with the windows closed noise was fine.
Breakfast options were good, bedrooms were spotless, all my requests had been met and staff were exceptionally accommodating.
The pool area could have been better presented. A slight update in appearance could be initiated. Would have preferred if children were also able to stay in the pool area at least for the full duration, as one member of our party had to miss out and leave early due to restricted hours.
Excellent hotel and staff and super comfy room and beds.Lovely breakfast.Everything was brilliant and the staff were so friendly and nice. We loved it and will definitely be back.Thank you.
Great location, great staff and easy to park
Good location.
No heating in room on two cold nights, if parking needs additional payments please add this into pre booking quote.
The room was lovely - nicely decorated and the heating easy to control. The staff were very helpful especially Charlotte on reception - nothing was too much trouble.
Unfortunately, my husband has coeliac disease and so cannot have gluten. We went into the restaurant to get something to eat, but the waiter was unable to tell us which dishes were gluten free, without getting out a huge folder and having to check every single item. He even told us that the steak wasn't gluten free (not sure why - he eats steak everywhere else). In the end we left without eating and went out for food (lots of places across the road). That was very disappointing
When we arrived Elaine was very helpful and polite. There was an issue with our booking and she resolved it. I was very happy.
The staff at this hotel are brilliant - warm and friendly and very helpful. The pool is great too.
The room was specious and comfortable. We loved the fact that there was a shallow swimming pool for kids and they gave us noodles for the children.
The TV in the room was not working properly.
