The best thing about this hotel was its cleanliness, great food, and comfortable atmosphere.

Bed wasn’t that comfortable, too firm, noisy fan in loo

The room was clean, comfortable double bed, varied and delicious breakfast included.

We left some wrist bands and parking vouchers to pick up the following day. My son came to pick the up and they couldn't get them out of the faulty safe.Staff were quite unhelpful! So we had to pay again (£94) After complaining to the manager he said the least he could do was to reimburse us. The manager stopped responding to my emails. It's been almost 2 months and we not been refunded.

Great value, comfortable bed, room was spacious.

Parking expensive and not enough spaces. Breakfast chaotic with not enough cutlery/crockery/food.

Clean room, quiet, nice staff

The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Staff were all very helpful, friendly ,and sorted out what could have been a stressful situation in a very calm and efficient manner.Breakfasts were great, and good choices for evening meals.

When we arrived, reception could find no trace of my booking, on their system, or even on Booking. com system. Despite the fact that I had received messages from booking.com and the hotel a day before our trip.I had booked 4 rooms for 7 adults+1 child of 2 years old. I certainly hadn't cancelled it, and the hotel said even if it had been, it would still show on their system. Can't fault the staff in anyway though. They were brilliant in sorting the situation out for me.

How close it was to the NEC and also the pub next door was great for easy food etc.

The bed was far too small and there were beeping sounds through the night.

I specifically booked because it had elec car chargers but these are being swapped and had been removed two days earlier. I was not informed and had to travel to find chargers and leave my event at the NEC early and charge.

Excellent staff at reception who welcomed us and our two children late at night. Nice room which suited perfectly for the overnight stopover. Excellent breakfast for all and very good value overall. Perfect location for Birmingham airport needs.

It was clean and the room was comfortable. The motel staff were very friendly and polite.

Needing to leave a keycard in the room to keep the air conditioning running. The price for one night seemed excessive, but we also don’t have other experiences with lodging near BHX.

The fact that they had availability was great, the price was a bit much though. Paid more than 2x the amount here for 2 nights than I had for 3 nights originally booked in an apartment on Vrbo, but that idiot canceled on me 20 minutes before arriving so I was in a bad place for lodging. So again, grateful they had a room but it was pricey considering it was just a hotel room.

Nothing really, nice place and decent location for the event at Aston Villa the next day. Just wish the price was more reasonable though they did have a free breakfast which was nice.

The hotel staff from the manager to team leader were friendly and helpful. We had thought we had booked the wrong hotel and they were really great at helping us arrange and cancel bookings etc etc. The hotel was super clean and we worked in infection control and were very happy !! We fed back that they have high standards. The breakfast was great, good quality, and fresh . Many thanks for all your help !
