Got there, got given a room, went to the room just to find it was already occupied, then had to wait ages for them to find another room just for it to be 2 singles instead of the queen bed we were meant to have, so had to go all the way back to reception again to get what we paid for especially on valentines night, what couple would want 2 singles especially for valentines! Because of all of the messing around we didnt get to do what we planned as all the messing around took about 2 hours and we missed our plans, all we got complimented was for a free drink each. Very disappointed

Great location for Birmingham Airport. Clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff.

Food was really good, but quite expensive.

Surprisingly comfortable. I imagined this hotel would be all about the location (right next to Birmingham airport entrance) - ok for a bed for the night but not trying much harder. Actually the room was very pleasant with nice toiletries and a very comfortable bed. I liked the provision of a water fountain nearby and bottles to fill up.

Receptionist at checkin was completely disinterested (that's the most polite way I can put it). I had to ask where the lift was.The room was DIRTY.Sheets uncomfortable to sleep in.

We stayed here due to its location to the airport, Hotel was modern, clean, lovely rooms, will def use again .

Convenient location next to car park and terminal. Nicely decorated. Good food in bar. Reasonably priced

Location for airport is great

I was woken up but a delivery at 3.30 - 4 am sounded like trolleys running up and down a delivery ramp for 30min. I had to be up at 5.30am sounded didn’t sleep after that

The hotel was situated in a great position for us. The room was very comfortable

The toilet felt small. The reception staff did not seem fluent in checking us in. No smile upon arrival from the gentleman that checked us and not the best start

Easy sign in polite staff, room was clean and welcoming.

Didn’t have any dislikes about the room/ property

Very, very noisy all night. It was as if you could hear a door slamming anywhere in the hotel. Could really do with some decent soundproofing.

Located opposite terminal

Single bedroom room, poor food after waiting 1/2 hrs. It was cold. Instead of taking it back to kitchen left it and returned with a hot part of the origional meal.

Friendly staff, great location, clean comfortable rooms. Nice bar area for a pre holiday drink.

If you approach from the wrong direction it isn’t obvious where the entrance is, with luggage in the rain an extra sign would be helpful.

Restaurant food good for a full meal. I was not aware of other menus for smaller meals

Arrived after midnight but just a 2 minute walk from airport so fantastic Lovely man checked me in. Room was great really large and spotless , bed was so comfy didn’t hear a thing. Cant comment on facilities as never used them but was happy with what I seen of hotel would definitely stay there again

Location location location………..flying from Birmingham Int. the hotel is a casual 100 metre stroll from departures……….Dinner was pretty good too!

Convenient, clean, comfortable room. What makes this hotel shine is the free fresh water on every landing.

One downside is that could only stay one night

Room was clean and quiet. Bed comfortable. Evening meal in restaurant was exceptional and staff friendly and very happy. They had plenty of choice for Gluten Free Diet and their process of ordering that was great.

Excellent location, straight opposite the terminal and 5 mins from the shuttle.Very nice first impression of the lobby area, as there were different types of spaces available but we didn't spend time there.We didn't eat there.We are a family 2 adults 2 kids that needed a good bed for the night, ready for an early flight.The beds were very very comfortable.

Soundproofing was poor in the bathrooms.

I was working at the NEC so the location was great. Staff from check in and restaurant were all helpful and friendly.
