The shampoo/conditioner was excellent. Loved the kettle in that you could boil a lot of water. Many selections of tea and coffee. Very easy walk to airport. Felt safe as an older woman.

Lovely and clean. Comfortable and located perfectly for the airport.

Was quite pricey for one night.

The location was excellent, the room was quiet, bed was comfy, shower and towels lovely

They had stopped doing food by the time j arrived, but the hotel next door did food still so I was fine

Location walking distance from terminal

Unfortunately we were unable to get dropped off at the hotel without incurring a charge or a long walk with our luggage, but we were made aware before our stay.

Regularly stay nights before an early flight as it just a short walk to the terminal and the cheapest.

Convenient to airport.Normal room far superior to Budget room.Breakfast was adequate

Cleanliness was good overall, but there were quite a few big stains on the carpet.

We hadn’t the requested twin room available. It was late, though and the staff tried to compensate us by giving us a bigger room.

Close to airport

Had an early flight and had to get up at 2 in the morning, alot of school children there running about the corridors until late. Shouting and screaming. Contracted reception twice. Not a good night's sleep and wouldn't book it again.

All the staff were really nice and helpful and really polite. The restaurant was fine and and well run and busy. The food was pricey but decent. It couldn't be more convenient for the airport.

The room was freezing. The temperature control numbers are missing and a red dot painted on. It blows cold air until whenever the hotel decides to allow it to actually heat. The receptionist said it would come on 'after a while'. I had to sit with my coat on. I eventually had to ask for an extra duvet and a plug in heater. I was given a small oil radiator with broken wheels. The receptionist was happy to help but this is out of their control coearly. It took the edge off but the bed felt cold because a little oil radiator doesn't take the chill out of a bed mattress in a couple of hours. Exhausting and uncomfortable. I looked online and see that this freezing room problem is an ongoing issue in winter for well over a year. This is not a staff problem this is a management/owner problem.

Great location. Easy to find and easy access from valet parking and 3 minute walk to departures.

Value for the price and location very next to the airport terminal. The room was of big size and felt roomy. The bathroom had very good lighting. Beds were very comfortable.

The room carpet could have been cleaner and the overall facilities in the room could be improved. But otherwise I didn't notice any strong negatives.

got a free upgrade due to an issue with the booking, got upgraded ti the Novotel and it was amazing!! staff in both the ibis and Novotel were so polite and understanding about everything

The carpets need cleaning and there should be more instructions on how to use the heating system

Good location cheerful, friendly and clean.

Drop off outside was soo convenient and we didn't expect it due to the strict no stopping rules within the airport grounds. The check in was quick and easy and we were very happy that an early check in could be accommodated for a minimal fee. The staff were so lovely, especially the manager who assisted us with some urgent paperwork requirements, this was greatly appreciated and we felt it went above and beyond.The room, was clean, well decorated and we loved the design which made exceptional use of the space, especially the bathroom. For such as busy hotel, within the airport grounds the sound proofing was great, no noise at all. The location to the airport is wonderful only a 2 minute walk around the corner, with trolleys for luggage available close by. Whilst we did not eat in the restaurants they looked well appointed and very popular with other guests.Some hotels say they are 24 hours however this one definitely feels this way with the lobby being warm and inviting even at 4am.

Honestly the things below are only to be nit picky:-- Only thing we could say was we were disappointed we could not have the buffet breakfast as it didnt start until 0630 which was after we needed to check in, we know there is the continental variety available - which did look good though - it just wasn't for us.-We only purchased water during our short stay and we were surprised that it was just under 10GBP for 2 bottles, which we know for high end brands can the case but we were surprised this was the only option and more than we expected, however once we saw places in the airport charging the same for smaller bottles we were less shocked.
