TV didn't work for the entire stay, was told no other room available. forgot to clean my room and forgot to change my towels. room was tired.

Corridors were cold as lovely as breakfast and the choice of it it was Luke warm We had to ask for towels as only one person set supplied

Great location, close to the motorway and the town centre.

Noisy, with lots of banging and crashing around at night and early morning. The windows are of poor quality so you get lots of road noise. Feels like it’s understaffed for its size. We went to the bar at lunch to get a drink, nobody was there. Likewise the restaurant. Beware of text messages from the hotel at 7am asking various questions. We were woken up both mornings to messages from the front desk.

On arrival, we received a warm welcome from Mark the receptionist. Heading to our room, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom fitted with modern facilities. After a long trip, the sleep was so satisfying as the bed was large and the mattress was extra cozy.

The pool area needs a lot of work as the facilities aren't in the best state.

Room was like ice my double bed was 2 singles stayed for 2 nights and didn't evan clean room or give me clean towels for the 2nd day

The room needed updating and breakfast was varied but quality of food disappointing.

The property was well located for work in Birmingham and the Airport. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and well finished.There were enough quiet spaces to work when needed

Modern and clean inside

No heating in the corridors and limited warmth in the bar area. The room was cold even though we had the heating on.

Good location for my course nearby and to walk into Solihull for evening meals. Curry at nearby Delhi was great.

Room was very dusty with stains and short curly black hairs on the bed spread. This was raised and fresh bedding provided for the next day but the room was still very dusty - it seemed to be coming out of the aircon unit so maybe that needs servicing? At breakfast we stood up to get some yoghurt and the staff cleared away our coffees which were not finished and we couldn’t get new ones as only the cups on your table are available. On check out the receptionist came out of the back room with a mouthful of food and talked with her mouth full throughout check out. The gym was very tired and dirty with crusts of dirt on the dumbbell rack and crud in the corners of the room. Insufficient workout space and minimal mats meaning we had to lay on the dirty floor for our workouts. We chose the hotel for the pool and steam room but it was not made clear that it would have children’s swim lessons on in the evenings which meant we could not use it as we wished. The steam room did not seem clean so we didn’t risk it. Ultimately we wished we had just chosen a budget hotel rather than trying for something in a higher price bracket.

Very nice hotel situated near to the town 5 min walk friendly staff great breakfast.

I was very unhappy during the night because someone opened our door ! No one from the hotel has called me back too regarding this !
