The bar taps weren't working. The staff weren't helpful especially at breakfast

My room was clean.

I was very cold at night and the noise from traffic outside

Breakfast was excellent, bed was very comfy

We travelled with our dog but there was no bins in the car park to deposit poo bags

Good clean roomStaff were attentive and made you feel welcome

My Wife has a electric car and having spaces/ charging facilities outside main entrance was fantastic.Bar are was was calm, we enjoyed having a quiet drink

Room was very hot.The AC struggled to get temperature down.Had an early start so breakfast was unavailable.

Handy location with local amenities nearby. Room was clean and bed very comfy

Could hear noise from other rooms from my room but nothing too bad to keep you up all night.

A spacious, clean room, and the most comfortable bed I've slept in for a very long time - including in my own house! If it wasn't for such an early start, I'd have stayed in all morning. I got down to breakfast about 50 minutes after it began and while there was plenty, it was already on the *warm* side rather than hot. But plenty of choice, and I left well-fed.

All was as expected and even exceeded expectations.

The location was excellent as we were meeting family in Willington. The breakfast was excellent. Hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly.

A very warm welcome as soon as walking through the door, room was absolutely lovely and clean with the bonus of the bed being so comfortable

Breakfast wasn’t the very best but was ok considering it was free with the booking

Good but diversity is required that's inclusion of Africa, Asia and Indian food will be needed especially if any of those people are in

The TV shows on the television doesn't include international

My stay was over Christmas eve and Christmas Day. It was fairly quiet but the level of service was still very good. An extra pleasant surprise was the little packet of chocolates in the room. Such a lovely finishing touch

The brand of white wine you serve at the bar. It was so awful I had to leave it!

Nice clean room comfy bed good facilities will be back soon .

Charging for the car park they want to make it clear they charge for the car park thought it's a bit of a cheek doing that .

There was continuous banging and shouting from the rooms above throughout the evening, throughout the night (kept my partner awake ) and it still carried on come the morning!
