- Location is good, on a busy street but close to train station. Breakfast included was a good thing, but unacceptable that it was served in lobby while the breakfast room was rented out for seminars.
- Breakfast was great! Staff is really friendly. Very close to subway system.
Cons -
- Room very hot, asked for a fan, staff complained could not give a fan. The computer did not work to complete asked several times if the were going to have it fix, were waiting on management. The elevator was not working for 4 days room on 3rd. floor.
- The staff is awful and very unprofessional. They ran it like B&B, not a hotel. Impossible to speak to management, as she is so busy and no one new when she will be around. No phone number nor callback.
- No A/C, it was very hot in the room. The room was VERY small with 2 beds, almost no room to move around.

Location
Room very hot, asked for a fan, staff complained could not give a fan. The computer did not work to complete asked several times if the were going to have it fix, were waiting on management. The elevator was not working for 4 days room on 3rd. floor.
