The price and location for my visit (working in that area)

I struggled to find it in the night, local people directed me.Another huge disappointment was the bathroom being on the level above main room. It was scary to climb up to find the toilet and no lights available. Only in the morning I realised that the switch was on the ceiling

Shocking bathroom on the upper level

Close to town so everything on your doorstep

It was very clean there was everything you need for a stay away

The radiator didn’t work and it was so cold plus it smelt bad the first time I stayed it was better except there was no remote but the room was much better but this time it was shocking the kettle smelt so bad like the drains

The smell the fact that it was freezing and it wasn’t that clean

Great location and availability of parking

The apartment appeared unfinished, particularly the ensuite and there was no where to hang towels

The rooms were well presented and an extra bonus with a fridge in the room tea and coffee with biscuits and even breakfast cereal.

It was a little disappointing that the Thai restaurant was not open whilst we stayed

Central heating on full, sll night with no way to turn it down.

Location perfect. Hosts very accommodating. Enjoyed my stay (second time).

Location excellent.

Beds weren’t comfy, other guests were very noisy, returning after 1:30am, talked very loudly for long time, tried our door several times.

Handy for town, nice location

Old tired, gaffer tape everywhere, wires exposed in the bathroom, avoid room 11 at any cost it’s a converted bar not bedroom, smelt of damp on entering, no security chain, multiple extension leads and multi sockets, dangerous. Decor that’s so strange. Flakey shower that keeps saying low pressure. Should I go on? Room not fit for the uk, on the plus side bed was comfortable!

The hotel room had everything we needed. Very clean and good value. The host was very welcoming. Lovely meal at the restaurant downstairs also

Taxi service was quite difficult in the area but we were aware of this prior to visit and managed our journey

Clean and comfortable. Good communication. My bicycle was safe in my room. Good location for shops and eating places.

The bathroom was a bit tired.

Location is excellent walking distance to local pubs and restaurants.

Looked forward to have thai dinner which situated downstairs but unfortunately not opened on that day. The bed is too hard.

Ruined our weekend.

Generator goes off in kitchen which was next to us. People coming up and down the metal stairs. The door doesn’t seem safe, with big gaps. Was dark and dingy. Need a really good revamp. Sink water didn’t drain, shower was dirty, toilet didn’t flush properly. Was that bad we booked 2 nights but only stayed 1 night. Worst place I have ever stayed. For the money it was shocking.

Loved the welcome/ complimentary tea/ coffee bar. Also set in a lovely location in Whitchurch

The shower was clogged, poorly tiled, shower head leaked, toilet seat was fitted wonky, missing the sink plug and very uncomfortable pillows

Good for a night(s) stay - convenient location for a family wedding taking place near by. Easy to get to and the room was clean & spacious. Check-in was easy and the bed was comfortable.

We visited for a wedding at Grange Barn so the location was perfect, just a short taxi ride to and from. The rooms were spacious and unique, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay!

The location was the only good thing

The toilet didn't flush, they had written a note saying that and the jacuzzi aspect of the bath weren't working. The shower head didn't stay up, so ended up having to kneel down to wash. They didn't supply a duvet? Only a small blanket that didn't cover 2 adults. The pictures didn't show the bathroom, it was in the loft? The steps were really steep which you hit your head on going up and down. They had wallpaper along the bath which has obviously got wet and is pealing away from the wall. There were stains all on the carpets, the walls hadn't been wiped. The fridge wasn't on and leaked on the floor

Use of tech (email/SMS) to inform that room was ready etc.

Confused by the use of code using the panel on the hotel room door. As a first time visitor, was not aware of this way of accessing the room. Lighting in the corridor very dim not helping either. Fortunately another guest was on hand to steer me right and all was ok after this.
