It is a very clean, well maintained holiday park with nice facilities and lovely staff

On the whole it was a very positive experience, the only points for feedback are:There’s no baby changing tables in the pool changing room, which made dressing my newborn very tricky The menu is very limited for vegetarian options

Lovely park, quiet but with lots avaliable to do. Super pet friendly.

Paid for 2 dogs that didnt end up coming, no refund, no answer when messaged. Stay vacation are constantly trying to sell you one of their homes.

Sure clean and all the utensils you need. Excellent WiFi and smart tv

Would have preferred a two bed unit as requested, but it was only two nights, so not the end of the world.

Checked in late on the 26th,we booked a pet-free caravan, but the 3rd bedroom had a really strong smell of wet dog, making it unusable. My guest had to sleep on the sofa, then decided to return home on Wednesday due the sofa not being very comfortable We also experienced issues with flooding outside the caravan, which prevented us from leaving on Tuesday. When we did venture out on Thursday, we were told the clubhouse wasn't serving food until evening. We weren't informed about limited food services during our stay.When I raised these issues with guest services, I was told we could have food vouchers for that evening, which weren't useful as we had plans. They later rung Thursday afternoon and offered a refund of which was accepted.  I've yet to receive the refund despite being promised over a week ago.When raised the issue of the refund to Away Resorts their responce was for me to take it up with Booking.com.

Are accommodation wasn't as clean this time unfortunately, carpets and furniture could do with a good clean and sticky fingers round coffee table ,also the kitchen floor could have done with a quick wash. but on saying that a quick clean by myself we were very comfortable. As this was the third time staying. And normally very clean.

We stayed in Burst of Blue Lake view accommodation with hot tubs. We were very impressed with how thoughtfully laid out the accommodation was. We had absolutely everything we needed, including a little welcome pack. The beds were very comfy. The food in the Green Room was spot on; good quality and perfectly cooked. Pricey, but better than expected for a holiday park.The park was clean and communal areas well maintained and beautifully decorated. The view from the accommodation was a joy to wake up to. Entertainment for a January break was fine. We all enjoyed the silent disco. The cocktails were great. Overall, we had a fabulous time and would definitely return.

The attitudes of some staff needs work. One Maitenance worker, in particular, was unnecessarily rude to my nephew who has autism. The sofa bed in my cousin's accommodation smelled strongly of rotten fish. The cleaner was very apologetic, but when she raised it on the phone, whoever she was talking to was heard saying, "What do they expect us to do about it?" We had 5 Burst of blues, and everyone on the sofa beds reported they were very uncomfortable.Drinks were overpriced.

Not many activities for children. Soft play area is very small

Location, hot tub, mocha was the best! Tv in each room, dishwasher (although not advertised) large fridge freezer, linen and towels provided. Proper hangers!

Bottom bunk bed very squeaky

Location was good.Childrens entertainment was longer than most resorts.

Stayed previously and caravan didn't seem as clean as previously experienced. Bit tired and bathroom could do with a descale and deep clean.We only dined once and found it very expensive compared to venues outside of the facility. Portions didnt seem adequate.

Fantastic price with friendly staff and clean accommodation.

The top of the driveway is busy during school pick up and drop offs with loads of people parking all down the driveway

Location was perfect. Quiet area.

The walk from out chalet was quote long with no cut through in the rain

Wrong van was giving to us. We paid for a better luxury van with mariner view. Was giving a standard one in the middle of the park. Joke!

Clean, well appointed, sufficient space for a short stay. Lovely dog walks around the park and estuary.

Not clear enough that towels were not provided. Minimum Additional cost for dog is also higher than advertised on booking.com. No soap provided in bathroom either. Toilet cistern seems to leak onto the floor. Tv sound had to be loud to hear the spoken word but was then deafening for the soundtrack music. Soft mattress.
