There were beds to sleep in and USB ports, mum enjoyed the pool.

The unit in the room did not work, there was no way to adjust the temperature. Ordered room service- they made the meal wrong, and waiting for them to fix it made everything I ordered go cold. They gave me one ketchup and one strawberry jam for my fries

Bad experience unfortunately!

Very uncomfortable bed/pillows. Changing rooms unclean & grimey pool area. To top it off our spa treatments got cancelled on the morning after our stay. Would not stay again!

Room slightly dated, although nice size; and clean, staff not very welcoming, evening dinner was a disappointment, food was bland and over priced, worst chicken burger I've had in a while, and the starter soup was tasteless..Climb in bath to have a shower, poor shower head; they preauthorized breakfast on my card, when I arrived, And then created a new transaction for the same breakfast when I left meaning the money was gone twice from my bank, the bank say it may be released in 30 days? - is it me, or is that not okay?

It was all good

Food and drink were great and the swimming was enjoyable but busy.

The bed was uncomfortable broken and was very noisy, every time myself and wife moved it rattled and made really loud noises both my wife and I hardy got a sleep. The bar lady with the glasses was very grumpy.

Staff were great, rooms tidy

breakfast ok but not great, no biscuits in room with tea & only one lift worked. For the price you would expect these all to be better

Close proximity to my office, easy internet access. The staff were very friendly and quite to offer support or advice

The other guests on level 2 were causing chaos throughout the evening and into the early hours and it wasn’t dealt with in any authoritive manner. My 9 yr old daughter was so tired the next morning and had to compete in her first ever gymnastic competition

Leisure facilities were good. Rooms well designed.

After breakfast locked out room after several trips up and down asked for housekeeping to sort out entry. Noone was sent had to hunt someone down to get access. Given 2 cookies to apologise. Thought breakfast would be made to order.
