About
Next to Mercedes Benz World, Brooklands Hotel has a spa and free Wi-Fi. It has an Art Deco inspired décor and is located within Brooklands motor racing circuit. The contemporary and vibrant 1907 restaurant, bar & grill is named after the year the world famous Brooklands racetrack opened, and draws inspiration from the 1920s and 30s - a period of glamor, innovation, and the golden age of racing. We pride ourselves on our great food, exceptional service, and fine selection of wines. The luxury Weybridge hotel has modern conference facilities. There is good access to the M3 and the M25, and London Waterloo is 30-minute journey from nearby Weybridge Train Station. The spacious standard bedrooms at Brooklands have a 6-foot king-size bed, a designer bathroom with walk-in rain shower and excellent in-room entertainment.

- Spacious room, great location
- large dulax room
Cons -
- nothing wrong.
- There was no shower cabin, so water went everywhere. There was no toilet seat lid, so it felt exposed and anything could fall in. The mattress was too soft. At breakfast, while I stepped away to get a drink, the staff cleared away my food and tea
- food left in fridge from previous guests. dirty bath towel with blood stains. lumpy covers. room not the cleanest

Clean and spacious room. Good location as wellRestaurant staff were pleasant during breakfast time.
Didn't seem ideal for a family stay.No swimming pool or free access to spa facilities. Also made to pay for parking because we booked via booking.comMixed info from staff times.
The hotel was spotless. We had a family room which was absolutely perfect. We turned it into 2 singles and 1 king size for the adults. The children’s menu in the restaurant was brilliant, good value.
It’s a shame they now charge for the spa, can’t use any of the facilities.
Facilities and fit out modern and in great conditions. Beds very comfortable. Friendly and attentive service. Hotel emailed in advance to check our beds configuration. We had the family room with two king sized beds and the room was pretty spacious. Modern bathroom fitting with shower room and bathtub (a nice change to the usual 1980s bathrooms you get in the UK). Breakfast buffet enjoyable. Was hoping to visit spa but ran out of time.
Would be helpful to have cotton buds etc in bathroom but not a big deal for us as we were only staying for a couple of nights.
There was nothing to like about this hotel, you could maybe argue it looks good from outside.
The staff were seriously unprofessional and at times down right rude. The towels were discussing and made me feel sick. The service exceptionally bad.
The hotel was so relaxing and clean and very welcoming the room was excellent with a fantastic track view and view of Mercedes benz world was quiet and comfy great place to unwind
Staff were very nice, lady who did my booking at the spa was very friendly, staff at the restaurant were very nice too, the food was great
Everything
Beautiful clean room, lovely food for both breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended
The ambience and we had a track facing room which was perfect as we had booked the stay for my son's 13th Birthday at Mercedes World.
Dinner took quite long to be served but once served, the food was great!
Room Good
Got Parking Fines even though my car paring was included
The restaurant. The staff in there were excellent and the food delicious.
The staff at reception. Wanted me to pay £15 as we arrived at 14.35. We were told the room was ready but as check in was at 15.00 we had to pay £15. We did not do this. They then must have given it a thought and said we could have the room at no cost! Also room is not serviced if you stay for two nights. Had to ask for toilet tissue, tea. coffee etc. This is an expensive hotel and did not expect the above to happen. Felt it was over priced .
Don't bother jazzed up travellodge
Jazzed up travelogue rude staff Iver priced and at the end make you pay for parking would not recommend
The room was nice.
Charged £28 for parking for a two day stay. I ended up checking out a day early and they wouldn’t refund a days parking. I wasn’t impressed being charged £14 a day to park in the first place considering the price of the rooms, especially when it’s not exactly in a built up area. Also, there was a no refund policy which I understand for the room, but i paid for breakfast that which I obviously wasn’t going to be eating on the 2nd day and thought should be refunded. They also sent an email saying would I like to use the spa facilities for 3 hours for £40 which I thought was ridiculously overpriced. Overall and unpleasant experience because of the additional charges and refund policies.
We love this hotel - can’t put my finger on what but it’s great.
Parking SHOULD be included in your stay, really annoyed me that it didn’t. I dont care if a 3rd party owns the parking. If you are customer led then sort it out. Please review your pet policy. When are you going to figure out the well-heeled love their dogs and do not mind at all paying extra for the room clean. If Gleneagles loves Pets then all British hotels should follow suit. We have just travelled around France and EVERY hotel lets you bring your pet and allows them in restaurants.
Track facing room was great ! Room was lovely, food for dinner was very tasty , although we only had a hour and half slot to eat on the first night. The location is great for Mercedes world.
Breakfast was awful, we went early at 8 am and was waiting ages for different food to be replenished from the hot food buffet. So you couldn't eat a whole breakfast. The scrambled egg was tasteless ,and the beans had so many black ones in. So much so we cancelled breakfast on the second day . You could however order freshly prepared choices which probably would of been the better option. Room service was prompt however I was slightly disappointed that our bottle of fizz was in an ice bucket with staples keeping the material in place and falling apart lol !
The room was very big and had a great view of Mercedes world and we could see the track from our room.
Fridge wasn’t cold as the door wouldn’t close properly
Convenient
Room was totally overlooked by LG building. Room service has to be paid by card at time! Rooms are only cleaned, beds made etc every other day . Breakfast extra charge for a latte!
Clean, stylish, excellent restaurant and staff, good gym. Perfect location for my needs
