False advertisement of airport shuttle transportation

Nothing special.

Room was very dusty, if you moved something you could see it hasnt been cleaned for very long time.

Our room was lovely and very clean.

A drink I had at two, the empty glass was still there at 7pm!A room service tray was out for collection and was still there 2 days later even though the cleaners trolly was out every day!

Clean, quiet, parking, could bring my dog

Offering room service but Charged for bringing food to the room There was only Indian food and everything I chose they didn’t have

Because i pay for parking then after i get parking tickets 2 times

I don’t like the policy for car park

Lovely room, with a little balcony to sit and look over the Thames onto Bushey Park.

We had a mix up with our laundry and Remi was so helpful in arranging for the laundry to come and a later check out so we could pack our bags.We also forgot some medication in the fridge and once again Remi and Ram were great in finding the medication and we were able to collect it. Thank you so much to both of these gentlemen.

Very clean and very friendly staff.

parking was a bit tricky and signage for it not the best...had to ask a couple people for directions.

The lifts are super slow and only one was working.

Room and view were great. Bathroom and shower very good. Hotel was quiet and staff were very helpful. The hotel has a car park at the rear which is very useful.

Breakfast was expensive at £16 per head so we ate elsewhere. Didn't like the £50 charge that was put on our bill when we checked in. We got it back later but that is not necessary and feels a bit cheap.

Location ok.

Dirty in and out. Place smelled very strongly of air freshener both public areas and the room. Had to sleep with the window open as so strong. Staff useless and frankly looked bored. Won’t be returning

It was very warm and cozy and it was very clean, the staff were really nice.

The shower water went everywhere when me or my partner were trying to shower.

Staff were very helpful about parking and late check-out as we were there for a funeral. Upgraded to a club balcony room with lovely view over river though sadly didn't use it as January. Excellent shower & toiletries. Nice to have some drawers instead of just shelves. Lighting quite good for a modern room. Dressing gown & slippers welcome. Air conditioning was properly controllable & could be turned off which makes a change. Very quiet - though hotel wasn't busy. 15 minutes walk to Surbiton High Street with plenty of cafes, restaurants & supermarkets.

QR code on TV didn't work so couldn't see hotel facilities. Only way to get fresh air was to open balcony door - chilly! Paying to park - though only £10 a night which is cheaper than other hotels. In-house restaurant was Indian - smelled delicious but needed some 'European' dishes on the menu for folk who can't eat spices.

Lovely room, great shower. Lovely view out over the river from the balcony.

Room was very warm, air con didn't seem to make much of a difference. Just opened the balcony doors.

Very clean rooms

Storage space for clothes was ridiculous. Hardly any hanging space. Only 6 inches for everyone. No hooks in the bathroom or bedroom door. Only choice of Indian food although they did do a comedy breakfast. Waiting time for food. All meals didn't come out together and waited 30 mins for someones meal to arrive although we did complain. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Convenient, comfortable & clean, with excellent parking. The stand out feature was the exceptionally friendly staff.

Next time we would choose a river view!

Location was excellent for my family as we were all going to a funeral.

Wardrobe space was so small,. A dress, a suit and a coat and it was full to capacity! Also I would never have booked this hotel if I'd known the restaurant only served Indian food in the evening. I have a medical condition which means I cannot eat spicy food. I did request a British choice after a long discussion amongst staff and chef, was offered a beefburger. Not what you expect from this type of hotel..The morning breakfast was ok but the hot buffet containers were allowed to sit empty.

Room was not small by European standards.

General cleanliness in public areas and in restaurant was poor. Had to return glassware in restaurant several times because it was not clean.
