    Pros +

    • The price I paid for my stay, the quietness of the rooms, ease of access to buses and distance to a restaurant I enjoyed.
    • How close it was to the Olympic Stadium.
    • The room was clean and reception staff were wonderful especially hotel employee went the extra mile

    Cons -

    • The 1st room I was given the electrical outlet wasn't working so the receptionist changed my room. The 2nd room, night lamps didn't work. I was "given" a Meal upgrade b/c of the inconvenience, however I ended up paying for Dinner & no meal upgrade found.
    • You can not order food in from outside. When you have been out at a concert and want to come back and eat, you cant unless it it is from their resturant. There is no formal cra parking.
    • No blinds on my windows, which I admit was a strange triangle shape, but at day break completely blinded me and kept me awake. Plus for 160 I would expect a small breakfast.

Modern clean room. Helpful staff. Limited parking available

More equipment bath robes in the room would be nice but for the *rating room excellent

    - Front entrance and door to hotel rooms require hotel room key. Front entrance activates after 11pm which is a nice added security layer - The bathroom was clean - Staff were quick to answer my phone calls - Location is GREAT!

    - Safe was missing from my room and there weren't any backups to add - No window definitely took me by surprise and made me woozy whenever in room - Cable never worked except for 1 BBC channel - Toilet required rapidly flushing 5x every so often

Staff were very friendly, bar was 24 hours and restaurant had delicious food.

Room was very warm when we got there, had the window open for a while but didn't seem to cool down, I don't like air cons as the air makes my nose stuffy but had to turn it on for a while.

    Clean, price, staff

Location is a bit far from west london but for those looking for something for a good price in east london, it's great!

Very modern, exceptionally clean room with staff willing to help with anything. Only downside is local parking but local bus and nearby underground mean it is great location. Couldn¿t fault it.

    All wonderful.

The property was very smart, clean, fresh and considered. The location is great for events in this part of London. The show was lovely - hot and powerful. Lovely staff, friendly, hard working and accommodating. Restaurant is the real star of the show, ate both dinner and breakfast there - both were excellent and very well priced considering quality. Great coffee also. Overall a pleasant discovery.

Others have commented that the beds are a little on the cosy side, but to be fair, not an issue I experienced.

I didn’t realise you had to book a car park space and they only have 4 spaces which were full. However the man on reception was super helpful and found me a place to park close by. The room was small and very basic but to be expected for the price. The bed was comfy and the room was warm. Overall not bad for the money but I wouldn’t go again

Small room pretty basic. The en suite was really small. The plug sockets were too close to the work top uprights so none of my plugs would fit in. Luckily there was an old plug under the desk which I used

Room felt cold even after altering the heating

Great location, small room but has all you need and it is warm (visited in winter), room was cleaned everyday and in general it was a great experience especially for London standards. Tube station is a short walk and there are grocery shops around as well as cafes and restaurants.

    No fridge

Nice size to the room. Very effective A/C-heater-combination. Meets all the expected standards of room within a 4 star establishment. The restaurant that accompanies the hotel looked very great. I didn't try it myself but everyone looked more than satisfied. Also the menu with its prices looked very inviting.

No shelf space in the bathroom. Very bad lighting in the bathroom (for make up purposes). Very keen-eared and quite loud on top of indoor sounds, when the room faces the street level. Quite surprised that a 4 star establishment charges for their branded utensils such as a disposable toothbrush.

Stylish and well maintained. Very clean and comfortable. Seems to have been recently refurbished. Helpful friendly staff. Convenient location.

Little or no parking available. Would have to use public transport. Fortunately we were able to park at relatives nearby.

Very comfortable room, clean, opening window for fresh air. Lovely warm shower. Staff friendly and helpful. Also had pre-booked secure parking, which was very useful.
