Location good, room nice, good value, adequate breakfast, staff helpful.

Bad smell coming from the bathroom when we arrived.

Location was in an ideal spot. Just off the motorway and so easy to find in a car. Car park was cheap with the code they give you at reception which made the long drive worth it. Stayed here as me and my friends went to a Drumsheds event and was very simple to get a taxi back to the hotel. Staff were all so lovely , they let us know when a room was free for early check in. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Shower was also nice and hot! Great location right next to Sainsbury’s and right next to a bus stop that takes you directly to the train station where you can get the tubes into London city which was very simple and easy. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean , air con was lovely and warm and was easy to use! Windows also opened for fresh air. Staff were very accommodating.

Only thing I would recommend would be for the showers to have some conditioner for the girlies. And maybe mini fridges in the rooms to keep drinks cold.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the hotel was clean. It was a good location for what we were visiting for.

Breakfast was good

We had to change our room due to a leaking toilet, and the room given was for special needs. The shower had curtains not ideal for a proper shower. The room had lights that were out of order. We reported to maintenance and never turned up. No safe in room.

Air con did not work well blew cold air.Poor breakfast on one day.

This is my third time staying there I come visiting family I had a Funeral.Staff and accommodation always fabulous

Cleanliness, facilities and food could have been much better

The bed was good, staff were friendly, check-in was swift, the selection of Continental breakfast was good we needed more pillows, the staff were very quick in helping sort more out, the heater in the room, the portable heater

The breakfast wasn't great, I felt the hash browns weren't cooked properly, the carpet in the room wasn't clean (very dusty), the sofa bed had marks on it, the portable heater was missing half the plug, that was very Dangerous!!!Breakfast could be better add some cheeses, maybe spaghetti hoops? Plum tomatoes? The fresh tomatoes were not cooked properly

The room very cold and my kids got sick. Most of the light not working. Only 1 light is working and the room was looking too dark.

Good location. Easy to find, plenty of space to park. Great front of house staff. The person on reception was so so busy when we checked in but he was polite, curteous, obliging to our request. He gave everyone a smile and acknowledged them as the queue built up, he remained calm and continued to give excellent service. My son had an injury and was after a bag of ice, he also needed a plaster. He asked us to take a seat whilst he worked through the queue, he then came back to us with what we had requested. Thank you.

BreakfastStaff responsive and helpful to requests made about facilities

The fact that the AC was not working and a little electric heater was in the room. a transfer to another room was effected.

Everyone was pleasant, hotel was in great location and nice and clean and warm , parking was great discounted price , evening food available and breakfast plentiful

Discount for booking 2 rooms would have been nice

Check-in and check-out were quick and the two members of staff we encountered were nice and friendly. Overnight parking for £8 in London, can’t complain. Plenty of options nearby for food delivery, Sainsbury’s petrol station next door.

Toilet flush was a bit weak. Double bed was good enough but the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired; walls were dusty, I don’t even want to know what’s been on those carpets and really wish I’d brought some slippers with me.
