    Pros +

    • Location
    • I didn't know there was a breakfast
    • It was so comfortable, the service was 10/10 and the location is so convenient. Bus stops, train station and shops nearby

    Cons -

    • door lock was keypad only, rushed through the codes and had to ask to write them down. Walls were very thin and codes were announced in the hall for everyone around to hear, safety concern because anyone with the code can enter and there is no safety lock on the inside of the door• chewing gum on the floor• window faced out directly into an alley where a car was parked, curtain was also pretty much transparent, lacking privacy and leaving me unable to turn the lights on once dark• tv didn’t work• black mold on bedsheets, had to sleep on top of duvetThey don’t answer messages through booking.com
    • The stairs up to the room were dirty. There was no bedside light. They were having electrical problems so for 2 days non of the outlets in my room worked. The staff did allow me to use the kitchen to get hot water, but I didn't have a way to charge my phone etc.The building smelled strongly of cooking. An extractor fan and some open windows would be good.
    • Place is under renovation and there was dust everywhere, low hot watter pressure so could not take a shower, overpriced for the quality at the moment.

Low cost quality 800m from what should be UK’s most famous Battle of Britain Bunker.

As was under construction as in refurbishing was a little noisy and messy but room was new fresh and served its person only issue I would say is the number just be in email for door at front and WiFi never got told that but not an unpleasant stay for what I personally need bed was clean just a smell only negative

    Terrible place, stay away!

Came here as it was near Uni and was recommended by a friend!Upon arrival, the receptionist didn’t seem very welcoming. She told us all the codes for main entrance and the room very fast without giving us anything written! There are no keys ( neither actual keys or cards) so anyone who knows the pin can enter the room and doesn’t feel safe at all! There is a really strong smell of damp in the room with visible black mould around the windows, bathroom ceiling etc.there is no ventilation in the bathroom!Coffee/ tea marks everywhere on walls!Lots of dust around the lamp and wardrobe. They were doing some building/ maintenance and they started making loud noises from early in the morning which you can’t even rest if you need to!Sleeping in your car would probably be better! Not recommended! Terrible experience and overpriced for the place like this!

Extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel is essentially a construction site, and the alarm kept going off during the night, disrupting sleep. It’s unclear why they are allowed to operate under these conditions—it shouldn’t be open to the public until construction is complete! On top of that, the room heating wasn’t working, though I was fortunate to get a room change. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until all the construction issues are resolved. Parking was free and very close to Uxbridge town which was very convenient

The price. But I got the lesson and in the future I'll pay more to get something decent. We called one of the emergency staff on our first night to explain our disappointment and he had at least the decency to come and clean our room properly for the second night.

This property seems to be fraudulent. The pictures do not show the real state of the hotel, which is a building site and does not look safe. I booked a while ago because the reviews are ok and the pictures look good, but I discovered afterwards that the place was known under another name and had absolute horrible reviews on TripAdvisor. I believe it was shut down and reopened under another name. After investigation, I believe the good comments on Booking are fake and were written to scam people into staying there. They of course don't refund you. The bedroom were refurbished recently as the strong smell of fresh paint gave us a headache, but it was done very poorly. There is no staff, we had to call the emergency number to check in and access our room. I think OYO has nothing to do with this property, we called the number provided on Booking and the person had seemingly no idea what the place was like. The bedroom was dirty and dusty when we arrived. There are people who also live there and rent, and a message on the front desk says that if they don't pay rent in time they will be locked out, which I believe is illegal. We had a shower twice and it triggered the fire alarm. Maybe the fire alarm was triggered by someone smoking at the same time but it also coincided exactly with when we finished taking our shower, twice...Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

The hotel is at renovation & there is a lot of mess.. no staff at the counter.. left their numbers on the reception, we need to call them for everything even for checking in.. I checked in at room no 2, When I use the wash basin, water comes out from the bathroom area where we have to take a bath and it was chocked up & there was no one on the counter to help. When called at number they said they shift me to room no 14 & said there is no shower working & for taking the bath you have to use the common washroom, which is very disappointing...Total waste of my money... & I want my money back...I will suggest not to take this hotel as there is renovation & no staff in place..

It was close to my son’s university

They were doing construction in the building it was dirty. Staff not very professional, and the room and the venue looked different in the pictures.

The old man at the reception was really nice and professional

The heating was a little too much as it had no control

location is good for me. bed was comfortable. shower was ok.

the build/ refurb finish was poor. could have done a better diy job myself. shelf was at a slant and kettle items were just about hanging on.

Good location, plenty of parking and quiet area. Good hosts

The room could have been refreshed during my 4 day stay, for example emptying the bin.

Literally the worst place I've ever stayed.

I did not like that there was no visible staff member at any point on the first night of my stay. I did not like getting a WhatsApp message with check-in details from an account with an inappropriate avatar. I did not like the state of the room. I've heard of cheap and cheerful but this was more like cheap and miserable. The bathroom had mushrooms coming out of the tiles. I did not like realising that the cold draft seeping into my room was due to the back door window of the hotel having been smashed in. I did not like that someone thought they'd fix that by taping a black bin bag to the door, which by the time I saw it, had come away and was simply flying in the wind. I did not like being the first ground floor room by that basically open door all night. I did not like the feeling of being unable to leave my laptop in that room from fear it would get stolen. I did not like the feeling of fearing who might be standing outside my door at any given point. I did not like having to explain why any of this was a problem to the staff I encountered at 5pm the next day. I did not like that nobody offered me any assistance in getting a refund because I refused to stay there for the further three nights I had booked. Considering they're not even that cheap I'm utterly appalled by what they had to offer. They've essentially robbed me of nearly £300.

The Manager of this place was very helpful, I ended up coming the night before my booking started and he allowed me in without any extra charges. Copy with the fact that I called him very late at night, he followed up on me to be sure I got there safe.

The reason I liked it is it's near my university, like a five-minute walk.

They didn't provide breakfast, and Even the Kitchen was out of order. I had to do Laundry from outside. It is good for a night or two but not for a long stay.
