Great to be on campus to see daughter. Deluxe double us perfect. Breakfast was ok.

Great value for money and breakfast was good

Bathroom shower screen didn’t have a seal on the bottom, water was leaking all over the floor and made it slippy

Place is OK, but if feels more like a student dorm. If you need to be at Brunel, it's probably the best place to stay but if you don't need that location, you better off elsewhere (for comfort)

Good price for a comfortable room close to Uxbridge.Good transport links and on site car parking.

Room was a little small

Location - we were visiting our granddaughter who attends Brunel University. So perfect.Staff - all were friendly and welcoming.Room - clean, big, and comfortable. Also in good condition.

Very comfortable, room upgrade, good parking. Some maintenance required in our room but the staff were responsive and took notes of our comments.

Nothing important. The room is quite small but fine for 1 or 2 nights. The shower curtain doesn't really stop water going on to the floor. But these are very trivial points. Basically I was very happy with the stay

Great room, comfy bed and lovely bathroom.

The room was comfortable the shower was hot the bathroom was large

I was given a room upgrade witch was of no benefit at all a discount should be on food Beveridge a extra double bed for a solo traveller makes no sense

Hotel staff were really cooperative with check in times , we needed an hour early check in due to attending a wedding close by so their help was greatly appreciated

I think room atmos might need some refreshing ,had to open windows to get some fresh air

Kitchen staff and servers were great. General cleanliness and environment was good.

Hotel room wasn’t cleaned until I insisted. Staff wouldn’t resolve an issue I brought up and called security rather than address it which was disappointing and made my stay uncomfortable.

WiFi did not work for us. I didn't chase it as we arrived late in the day and we're leaving early btw next morning so no complaints.

Location was excellent for heathrow. Dean the manager was so accommodating and very nice and so was the other staff on duty

Bed was comfortable; bathroom was nice and big for a double deluxe room

The hotel is not advisable to stay during the summer when there the temperature goes high beyond the usual range of London since the hotel does not have the Air Conditioning. During my stay I found the room temperature quite high compared to the ambient temperature. The hotel management should seriously consider installing the AC in the premium rooms

The size and cleanliness of the room was excellent.

More tea bags without requesting would be ideal.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a good-quality bed and pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was quiet, making it easy to relax. The location was convenient, and overall the property felt well maintained.

Nothing significant to dislike. Everything met expectations for a short stay.(Alternative if you want a mild, realistic comment)The room was slightly warm, but it didn’t affect the overall comfort of the stay.
