I would suggest a pool with the spa experience would elevate the experience

Firstly the staff here are absolutely amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room was outstanding. Clean, spacious and the views af the Lake were beautiful even in the winter rain. Food was lovely. Will definitely be returning

What a wonderful place, just exactly what we needed. Quite, friendly and beautiful views of Loch Lomond & Surroundings. The hotel facilities, Room, and Staff were excellent. Thank you for making our short but sweet visit memorable. C&A McTaggart.

Our room was much larger than expected with a balcony and view of Loch Lomond. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise in the morning and go for a morning stroll along the private beach and jetty after a hearty Scottish breakfast. All of the staff were very attentive and service was very fast.

We were sad to leave after only one night! We would've loved to have stayed for longer so we'll just have to come back and visit again.

The view from the room was beautiful. The room was clean and comfortable.

They didn’t accommodate the needs of minorities. We are Muslims, and we brought our halal food, but they refused to warm it up, which was quite disappointing.

Not walker friendly. No pavement to Luss and scary especially with a big dog at your side on the road.

Location by lake and lake view was awesome. Bed and pillows were very comfy. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good.

Bathroom was tight, oddly shaped so felt a little cramped, had no amenities except soap, shampoo and body wash, no conditioner, no cotton buds, no toothbrush and the sink with 2 plastic cups stacked on top of each other in plastic wrap made it look more like a roadside motel like Motor8 and not the 4 star it claims to be. Room had no water, no room slippers, was quite cramped, giant coffee machine + tea tray took 60% of the desk space. The interior of the hotel is rather run down, wooden stairs painting was chipped in many places, the service was ok but there was no warmth. We are today at Pine Tree Hotel in Pitlochry which is also a 4 star but way way way superior to the Lodge which is a low 3 star at max.

The 2 bedroom suite near the water was amazing. We had a second floor room with a deck. The king bed suite had an amazing bathroom and bed.Friends enjoyed the other room and the pull out bed was very comfortable.Breakfast was excellent.

We didn't care for our meals. We didn't enjoy the steak, it was overcooked. We are from the US and prefer rare steaks well seasoned.I was hoping for Scottish Salmon and it wasn't on the menu. The staff was excellent and attentive and we enjoyed our cocktails.

Location, free parking, breakfast included. Great price, nice views.

The room was so comfortable and huge. The view of the loch was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely think this is somewhere I'd visit again!

There isn't a door to separate the bedroom from the bath/shower area which we didn't realise!

Staff was very nice and welcoming. Beautiful scenery. Lake view from balcony was gorgeous!

Chicken sandwich needs seasoning. Noisy in the hallway and could hear it clearly from the room.

Comfortable, spacious room with lovely views of the lake. Coffee machine in the room. Robes to use which were a nice touch. Great breakfast and friendly staff.
