Excellent location and beautifully decorated interior - friendly staff and delicious food .

Lovely location in the centre of Cullen. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was well finished, clean and well equipped. We had a very comfortable stay, slept well. I enjoyed a soak in the very nice bath. Looking forward to returning.

The room isn’t soundproof. The location of our room meant we could clearly hear other guests making their way around the hotel and talking as they went by.

Really enjoyed the restaurant and food choice. Great location for walking to the bridges and statue on the hill plus the beach and sauna was amazing.

The room was a little noisy with music from the bar downstairs plus yiu couod hear other guests through the walls.

The whole hotel smells so nice, the have their own fragrance. The food was delicious, the staff is kind, the room comfortable, large size and the fully loaded coffee & biscuit tray with water is a nice gesture. The decoration in the bar is very tastefull. Cosy and modern choise

What a surprising gem in the heart of lovely Cullen. Beautifully layed out room and bathroom with modern facilities, excellent shower and very comfortable bed. The restaurant was also excellent , for breakfast and dinner.

Staff were helpful, room and bathroom spacious and comfortable. Good location to village amenities. We did not have breakfast but dined on the Saturday as attended Sarah and. Gavin’s wedding. Food was delicious.

Bed was a little uncomfortable but didn’t spoil our stay. Was a little dusty on some parts of room but I’m a hotel house keeper so always look in places that other people don’t. Over all very good

Fresh, bathroom very nice, all options on TV, central position. Excellent vegetarian menu and lovely food in sensible portions.

Attention to detail was exceptional. All the staff were truly fantastic and extremely professional and friendly. Our room was so nice and the food was perfect.

The pillows were a little bit flat. Although the majority of staff were really friendly, helpful and polite there was one waitress whose customer service skills lacked a little.

Location is excellent and the restaurant food is very good. We had visited 5years ago and really liked it. Asked for a lighter duvet and there was no issue with this request.

Room cleanliness could have been better. Other people’s hair found in the bathroom and bedroom carpet was in need of a good hoover. Felt the room needed a good freshen up/airing. Some of the younger restaurant staff could do with some more training. Although a few niggles we would still recommend this hotel.

First night bistro staff were a bit chaotic. Wrong wine brought and side order of veg didn’t arrive until after the main courses were finished! Second night different staff and all was well!
