The parking was great and free! The room was large and secluded. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Great location right next to the golf course. Good walking distance to downtown restaurants. Good parking down the end of the block. Friendly host. Nice bathroom hot showers with towels

In a nice part of town. Over a pub but not too noisy.

Smelled quite strongly of cigarette smoke despite being non-smoking. Also quite smoky when opened room windows as people were smoking outside.

Funky little property. Bedrooms above bar.Lovely staff and locals.

My bedroom above bar and music audible until 11pm.No other noise though.

The location to where we were going

No tea bags and don't drink coffee. Bathroom wasn't cleaned proper. Bedroom wasn't vacuumed. Didn't see anybody to hand keys into the morning we checked out.

It did what it said on the tin. It was very clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. A very friendly woman showed us to our room and gave us great recommendations

Great cozy hotel in the center of Cullen. We stayed for one night. The hosts were very accommodating and did everything for us and our puppy to feel comfortable. This is a dog friendly hotel. They also have a bar which we couldn't enjoy but that I'm sure can be a good source of entertainment.

This accommodation is at the budget end of the scale but offers great value for money. It's quiet, cosy, and the in room facilities are excellent including TV, tea&coffee making, a microwave and crockery/cutlery. Co-op just 50 yards away as well, meaning you can self cater to a degree. Some rooms are shared bathroom, was not an issue as there was a full bathroom and also a separate toilet and seems to be only a couple rooms making use of them. Free WiFi also. Plenty takeaways to choose from as well (chip shop/Chinese, Indian etc)

Difficult to fault at this price point

Room was very warm and couldn't turn down heating. Mattress was a little too firm for us.

Well equipped room, with kettle, microwave and plates/cutlery. Nice and warm, spotless and quiet. The room I had was one of the one of the ones without on suite but not an issue as there were two along the corridor. Landlord was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. The room exceeded my expectations with the contents being of a standard that I would expect of higher rated hotels. The cleanliness standard was extremely high.

The room and the bed were great, super comfortable. We went there because it was near Bow Fiddle Rock, but Cullen is also beautiful at night and during the day especially if you're lucky and it is sunny-ish :) I don't remember his name unfortunately but the person that received us went out of their way to tell us about the restaurants around and even called the Cullen Bay Hotel where his daughter worked so we could have a table, which was a great gesture! We end up the night at the pub that is down the hotel and we were recommended a great whiskey, and the prices were very affordable. Overall there was a great atmosphere in the hotel and the town!

The pressure in the shared shower was not great.

Located right in the centre of the town. Cheap and I had a microwave in the room.

My bedroom was right above the pub, I was informed by staff that the pub will be opened maximum till 23:00-23:30 at night, although it was still opened later and very loud until 1:30am. Doors slamming, people shouting.

Good value for Cullen and helpful staff. No food but takeaway restaurants nearby and utensils supplied by the hotel and we were invited to eat in the bar

The mattress was well past it's use by date and saggy. Shared bathroom and toilet but we were aware of that before we booked.

Location was in centre of village and next to cycle route.Very helpful with regard to storing my bike in a room at hotel.

Owners were really friendly, as were the locals. Room was spotlessly clean and fresh.We will be back when we are working in that area again
