Good location. Warm, Comfortable twin room. Lovely warm separate private bathroom.. The lady who cleaned and stocked rooms was so friendly and helpful to us. She looked after us well! Very Pleasant stay.

Only continental breakfast. Ok for us but not if you like cooked breakfast… no dining room. Rooms a little tired but overall still comfortable.

Location of the place was ok just off main road

There is no reception,I had to ask other guests on how can I get help to get to my room.The furniture was poor and I was not sure about how clean the bedsheets.I don't recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The housekeeper was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for Elaine. She went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. Also having Sky in the bedrooms was a massive plus as we love watching the darts.

Everything was fine and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is in a good location. It is clean and comfortable. The owner/staff are very pleasant and can't do enough for you.

It's a continental breakfast which I'm not keen on but understand it's a small hotel with not a lot of staff. Not all rooms are en suite. The facilities were adjacent to my room so it was only a minor inconvenience.

The lack of reception and breakfast in your room is a bit odd. That said, my room was as per the photos, clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the room was perfectly fine. It was all ok for me for one night but not what I would call a leisure hotel.

We took our three dogs and they kindly upgraded our room to provide more space. Staff were very friendly, especially Elaine who made sure we had everything we needed. There was ample food provided for breakfast, certainly something for everyone.

Clean new bathroom and comfortable room although one of the two twin beds was in need of replacement due to lumpy mattress!

Hotel is very old no one there to greet you. Bar and restaurant shut. No cooked breakfast cold coisants. Would not stay again. Not value for money. Beds very uncomfortable smell in bathroom. Unpleasant stay. Very disappointed. Bit like Falwty towers.

Polite friendly cleaner, only saw owner on arrival with brief but comprehensive instruction. Clean if a little dated. Quite location, lots of free parking. Very comfortable beds and good shower.

The carpet lifting and tiles rattling in the wind! Bit spooky! 40 steps up to our room! Continental breakfast in your room.

Location was OK, but facilities very basic.

Appearance of hotel is not very attractive - no obvious reception area, downstairs entrance somewhat grubby,

Girvan is friendly but seemed run down, I felt sorry for the town. An amazing location - sea views, sunsets, but at the edge of the world somehow as well.

The arrival was weird, it was not clear where to go so I had to ring up. That was then fine. The room was not really big enough with a double bed and little other space, especially as breakfast was provided to eat in. The place seemed run down but was safe and OK and being managed, but I wouldn't fancy it again.

Breakfast was only continental which wasn't stated when booking and also the bathroom was in a separate room in the corridor which is described as private bathroom which is also a rather misleading

No reception. Room not clean. Bathroom not on-suite. Whole place completely run down. Parking area full of rubbish.
