Didn't like it parking was a nightmare stayed 1 night out of 3 booked somewhere else to stay

Room was basic and bare not worth the money stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less money

It was in the city centre — the area was very lively.

The Health Club was far

When I booked this hotel I assumed they have reception like any other hotel , no clear information had been delivered , the manager was extremely rude and uncooperative, I reached in cold rainy day and no response from him

They need to deal with the client in more professional way , I already paid you and already took the money so I gave you your rights in advance while me I didn’t get a reply , plus there is no health club no Sunna as they mentioned ,even more hotel mean cleaning the room daily which didn’t happened

room nice, location good; parking a bit tricky. as a virtual hotel it was a bit confusing getting in at first, but staff made it work.

The location is good and the Room was clean.

The room was advertised with window and with a warmer interior. When I arrived I realised the room was under ground level with a frosted window at the top of the wall, so you couldn’t see outside and this could not be opened. Furniture was very basic with a table and a chair that didn’t match. It had no character or warmth unfortunately, it was dark inside and cold with little natural light and a fan to extract steam from bathroom, no ventilation. Felt much more basic than advertised in the pictures. Nobody present either just a lock box and key and several doors when you enter. No parking unless you pay.

Location great,didn't have breakfast or use the off site facilities

Good value for money and extra bonus for having access to the swimming pool etc

The only downfall was no parking but as well during our stay someone set the fire alarm off which continued for over 20 minutes.

Excellent location and really clean. Parking was actually much easier than I thought thanks to the hosts recommendation. The keypad operation was very easy too.

The bathroom floor ended up very wet due to the shower being so open but otherwise everything was really good.

Basic amenities. Clean and comfy bed.

Room 2 the drain in shower is blocked. Basic amenities. However, parking is the issue and the health club is not close by. With a toddler and highway it’s a bit difficult to reach

Easy to get into property, great location and great communication from site owners.

Location was great, property a was clean . It was human-less stay so on interaction with host but worked well

My room was next to the front door so it was nosier then the other rooms as the door work me up a few times. Also the lights were really dull could do with the side light being bright so you can read etc

The shower plate. It was slippery when using soap.

I liked the fact we had access to a fitness centre, property was basic but that is what we expected

It was a bit difficult to first enter into the property.

Excelent location. Value for money. Very comfy bed and good shower.

Rooms could do with a little more character. A fridge would be nice and microwave as no onsite cafe

Wasn't like the pictures on the website, choose this hotel for the facilities however they're weren't many

Location bathroom very good minimal toiletries and towels big comfy bed no disability parking so that added to cost quite a bit

Pool shuts at 5 on Saturdays we arrived hotel at 4 went down at 5 to find it closed open till a think 9 on other days

Close to railway station ,bus station, 1.5 mile from lake,No reception sauna,gym was in other area but was excellent.

Had no hot water ,but I phoned and was fixed instantly..So that was good only tripped out boiler.
