Pros +
- I liked the character of the hotel and the large rooms. Very charming.
- Everything about it was gorgeous, but the badgers sent it over the top for me! Loved it! Everything I wanted my Lake District experience to be
Cons -
- We had a mix-up with the end of dinner timing. The website says it's open until 10, but they stopped taking food orders at 8:45 and put us in a fix. Also, I didn't realize the hotel wasn't right in Ambleside. That was my mistake.
