Everything great value for money , lovely location , staff were lovely and welcoming especially the lady the checked us in and the locals in the club were kind and friendly , we had 2 rooms next to eachother
Location to conwy
Only one radiator worked so was a bit cold, not enough plugs around the room and sink was outside of the bathroom. No restaurant as advertised and pub was closed, only told on day of arrival a few hours before coming :-(
Location and the lady who checked us in was lovely we stayed in the club til closing playing darts and pool with the kids
Absolutely awful never again!
There was no hot water… the tv didn’t work.. the bathroom was absolutely filthy woodlice in the bath… the room was freezing only got a little electric heater in there!

The room was really cold when we arrived and didn't heat very well even after turning on the heater, the bathroom was freezing as heater in there didn't work
Great location, friendly staff.
You could hear people next door talking - needs soundproofing
Alfie was very hospitable and let us have plates so we could eat our takeaway in the bar
Good for the price staff friendly, decent sized room and clean, tea/coffee facilitys, bath and shower, sky TV everything worked fine with no issues would stay again.
Good location, cheap price. Facilities and overall appearance was reflective of price.
Bed springs damaged clothing and scratched my child's face.Bathroom was very poor and shower water pressure was very low.
The price, location and the manager
There was only one radiator that worked. It was sufficient as long as you kept the bathroom door open for a shower
Staff helpful, excellent value for money, room was very clean
Shower wasnt fantastic
Easy to get too, central for what we needed and dog friendly
Clean room. Free tea and coffee. Provided cot for baby. Late check out time.
Can't check in until 15:00. Location miles away. No breakfast and expensive . £88 New Years Eve.
Hotel at a great price so if u wonna quick holidays and you will be out for most of the day and eat out its ok.
At start room was very cold .3radiators in room but only one really work it took a while until room was nice and cosy .smell of damp shower cold on hot on water can't regulate but a bath tub worked perfect.in general u can't fault it as price was half what it is in area !if I ever will like another cheap hiking holidays that's definately the one!
Good price, good coms and easy check in
Heating with one electric heater only and both main central heating radiators not on so the bathroom was cold. I found it difficult to find food locally but mangager did forewarn me which was good.
Unprofessional and disrespectful staff behavior...
We stayed one night as a group of four friends. Before booking, we clearly asked about the fire safety policy and were informed that only four people are allowed per room and no extra person is permitted. We fully agreed with this and decided that the fifth person would stay at another hotel since the available four-bed room was already expensive. However, during check-in, the receptionist (an elderly gentleman) asked how many of us were staying. We confirmed four people only and politely asked if there was any other economical room available. Instead of responding professionally, he insisted we book another expensive room. When we explained that the fifth person would stay elsewhere, his behavior became aggressive and unprofessional. He started yelling at us in front of other guests sitting near the bar counter, saying things like “I will be watching the cameras and if he comes in, I’ll take you guys out.”This was extremely embarrassing, humiliating, and unnecessary, especially since we repeatedly and calmly explained that the extra person was leaving. There was absolutely no reason to threaten or disrespect paying guests. In addition to this poor service, the room conditions were also disappointing:•The heater was not working, and it was very cold—we had to keep our jackets on.•The shower water pressure was extremely slow, making it difficult to shower.•The tap got stuck and would not close properly after turning it on.We were not asking for free accommodation—we paid for our stay and expected basic comfort and respectful treatment. Hospitality staff should know how to communicate politely and handle situations professionally.
