Johnny Dough's Conwy with Rooms

Great location, wonderful bed, nice staff, great restaurant and bar below!!!

Room are Clean, modern, comfortable, well-equipped with amenitiesand the bed were too comfy . Toilet is big and spacious.The pizza restaurant has great food and specialty . Very near to the heritage sites.

The hotel have no lift and inconvenient if you have heavy luggage. Room heating needs to be improved. Parking was at the public area and not free.

Outstanding location. Overall experience was better than I'd been led to believe from reading prior reviews.Convenient pizza restaurant apparently under same management (though quite pricey for pizza size). Pizza manager / hotel receptionist Grace was very welcoming and friendly.

Pizzas should be larger for price point.

The location couldn’t be more convenient for rail and bus travel, with lovely castle views right outside the window, and delicious food either downstairs or down the street.

Great location and had a nice outdoor terrace for guests to use.The staff was absolutely wonderful.They also bring a continental breakfast up to your room every morning! I thought that was a really nice touch

The room was a little bit stuffy, so we had to open the window. Fortunately, it’s not a very busy street so there was not too much noise.

The location was perfect. Lovely little place to stay. Was perfect for our family and very close to the rail station. Check instructions was easy.

The pizza restaurant was closed on the day we arrived but we had fun exploring Conwy and finding other places to eat nearby.

Convenient location and affordable

Inconvenient to not have post-checkout luggage storage when restaurant was closed on a Monday

Close to the center

Room was excessively hot ..portable a/c wasn't vented hot air out the back cold out the front ...Room and stairs had a smell that was not pleasant

This is a very old build but the room are very nice size.We had a great view of the castle. The pizza place downstairs was great and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again

The building is on a busy street but the traffic go's away at night.

Johnny Dough's has an excellent location. It is right next to the Conwy Castle and and the quay. It is within easy walking distance of the train station and bus stops. There is a very nice variety of restaurants in the area.The seafood chowder at Dylan's was excellent. Don't pass up the opportunity to enjoy some delicious pizza at Johnny Dough's. The goat cheese pizza and the side salad went beyond our expectations! Also a breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, and a croissant was delivered to our room each morning.We did not spend much time in the room. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very clean. The shower had decent water pressure. It is an older building,it is cozy but not fancy. The stairs could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues.Overall, Johnny Dough's has a very nice & helpful staff, good food on site, reasonable rates, and a great location!

Blinds in addition to the curtains would have been nice for the large window, to better control the light coming in & the ability of people at street level to see in.

The location was amazing, with views of the bay and castle. The staff was very kind and accommodating, and the pizza was good.

The carpet was a bit grungy.

Location and clean

Hallways smells funny, very tired looking, bathroom needs ripping and breakfast is pointless. It would all be ok if it was dirt cheap to stay.

Lots of stairs made it difficult accessing the rooms for the more elderly of our party

Could do with a better shower. Cubicle is nice and large but actual shower was tempremental wirh low pressure.
