Nice bar area Room was lovely and warm and spotless

Lovely location, the lodge was very spacious and clean. The spa facilities were great. The breakfast was absolutely faultless. All staff were lovely, super friendly and attentive.

Wifi was a little poor in our lodge but we went to switch off, so was not a problem. Just may be an issue for future guests.

We stayed in a bedroom in the hotel. It was clean and very comfortably, if a little on the warm side but the windows opened fully so we had natural ventilation.The staff were all lovely and very approachable from check in to check out! Nothing was too much trouble. We have to give a special mention to Laura and Cerys, who served us on many an occasion and always with a smile. Thank you ladies!Breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. We will be back. Thank you all.

The fish cakes! They were mainly potato! The other meals we had in Bar 1815 were excellent.

The spa / pool area looks a bit tired and outdated. But still clean and tidy.

The staff are very friendly and can’t help you enough.The food is beautiful and great value for money.We have stayed here many times and have always found it to be the same most enjoyable and comfortable.The property is extremely clean though out both hotel and our lodge was….Housekeeping is on hand everyday if you wish and very efficient.

Location, a short walk into the town, the room was clean and warm, access to the spa was a bonus. Breakfast was lovely and the staff in the dining room really friendly.

Everything was fine

All staff we met were very friendly and communal spaces were very clean. Rooms were a decent size and had ample parking. Hotel was a decent location about 10 minute walk to the nearest pubs/ restaurants.

Not great value, we paid extra for a superior room which really wasn't great value for money... my partner kept comparing the place to Bates Motel... it wasn't exactly inspiring. Considering the place we stayed the night before it wasn't great value at all..Less said about the breakfast the better... although the waitress was lovely

This hotel was amazing and will be back.One thing to maybe keep in mind, we had the topside beef dinner, its was so pink/purple and jelly almost feel. Think the staff should ask how you would like it. My girlfriend left the beef. But that will not stop us coming back.

After being told we would have a double bed after booking a double room it was two single beds pushed together

Walls quite thin, were woken up both nights with people next to us being noisy at 1 am

Great location, main room and bathroom spotless, had everything you would need to stay over. Staff outstanding, breakfast plentiful and hot.

Continuous running water into the toilet throughout the night. Reported to receptionist so hopefully got sorted for the next guest. Apart from that one issue I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, modern and huge bedroom..lovely bathroom, bed was very comfy..Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. The spa facilities were lovely. Perfect location for walking to the shops and pubs. Will stay again.

Maybe the carpark could do with resurfacing..? Lots of potholes .
