Perched on a steep hill
Jake? I think that was his name. The staff member. Very helpful, very communicative and very efficient. Lovely views and lovely garden.
We had a family room (room 32 I think) and it was better than a twin for 2 adults as the bottom bed was a twin.
The hostel can be noisy when busy, ask for rooms on the top floor to avoid kids running about above you!
Loved the place, best shower of the entire trip. Loved the scenery. Lived the people, meet lots of other guests
The steep ass hill up to the facility
The views in the daytime were fabulous.Plenty of free on-site parking.Extremely friendly and helpful staff.Great self service kitchen facilities available.Relaxed, comfortable atmosphere.Nice to see a wide range of people across all ages, couples, families, single.Breakfast was £9.95 for full English buffet with filter tea or coffee included.
Bathroom light wasn’t dimmable and you couldn’t turn it on or off, it was automatic and when needing the bathroom in the night, the light was too bright.Coffee machine with breakfast would have made a great stay even better, as prefer a milky coffee. (Think I heard a staff member say that they usually have one but it had broken).
Very nice friendly ambience. Friendly staff.
Not close to the train station.

Freindly staff...very clean
Thin walls kept up till early hours by inconsiderate people...the norm now I guess
Nice location atop a hill meant lovely morning views out both sides of the Hostel reception, cafe area.Dorm was spotless, the cooked breakfast were tasty, and the staff were friendly!Great stay all round...Thank you!
I found the mattress a little on the thin side, when side sleeping i could feel the streel bed frame through the mattress.but given the value of the place and how nice a stay it was i wouldn't not complain about this.
Good value and facilities, great location, friendly staff
Lovely staff, quiet, good amount of parking, everything was pretty spot on!
Loved the little twin room over looking the yurts. Great location, lovely staff, plenty of parking. Great facilities - kitchen to cook food - sitting room - games room
Loved it the staff who checked me in (can’t remember their names) but they were lovely at both check in and check out. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The rooms were fine - comfortable and worth the money. It was a beautiful location - mountains from every window. So peaceful, not much noise and a great kitchen to cook your own food in. A few options available if you’d like tea and a drink, a great seating area for food and also just to chill and read a book. I would love to stay again when in Conwy
Wasn’t sure why I was not being allowed to order something specific for breakfast - I asked for eggs on toast or an omelette but the girl said no. I understand if only certain options such as full English and continental were available but the girl didn’t explain to me just said no we only offer these two options. I just thought with me wanting something that was already being cooked that it may not be too much hassle. However, this isn’t a complaint I was very happy with my stay just maybe something you could offer is a smaller option for breakfast as some of us prefer something smaller and healthier. I assume with the kitchen it gives people the option to cook whatever they like - I’ll definitely make sure I bring breakfast things next time I stay
From price point of view, it's a very good accommodation. Very affordable with facilities like community kitchen, games and private bathroom rooms. Staff is very friendly.
Beds are little uncomfortable and bit noisy all the night. But as it is a hostel, I can't complain about it. Can't expect toiletries as well at this price.
Friendly staff, nice breakfast
No towels provided
Very close to the castle and other sights, and also to major motorways
Minor point: underneath the bed should not be used as storage; if things fall into there it becomes hard to spot via a quick scan
Really good value for money with comfortable room and everyone we dealt with was very helpful and cheerful
Lovely, clean and friendly
Nothing, perfect for an YHA
