    Pros +

    • Friendly staff, always willing to help. Great food and service. Overall good value stay.
    • Cosy, clean, lovely staff, welcoming, private time in hot tub. Pet friendly. Lovely breakfast. Close to centre.
    • The location was good, there was on site parking, and there was a lift. Lovely old building.

    Cons -

    • All good, except rubbish TV reception.
    • Walls are thin. Steam room didn’t work. Jacuzzi was lukewarm.
    • Room 23, very small, like Harry Potters under the stairs bedroom. The room hadn't been properly cleaned, the last occupants rubbish was still in the bin next to the bed, the bathroom glass shelf above the sink had wet toothpaste all over it, the toilet bowl was stained with excrement. Cut toenails on bedroom floor. No toiletries in bathroom, clean but damp towels in bathroom. Bathroom radiator/towel dryer didn't work. Wallpaper at the side of the bed very scratched/scraped and marked.Very old uncomfortable pillows, I didn't dare to look inside the pillow cases, very old uncomfortable mattress. Only 1 vegetarian option available at 7pm evening meal.

Excellent, couldn’t recommend more. The bunkhouse has private small rooms for 2 people. There are clean toilets and hot showers for anytime. There is a dry room for when it inevitably rains. Heating and comfy blankets to keep you warm in cold nights. Free car parking on site or around the area. All at a super cheap price.

The location was optimal for our sunrise walk up snowdon. Betwys y coed being a lovely place in itself. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. A wide variety of beer at the bar to quench our thirst after a long drive and a pool table to pass time time over. Cant complain, will definitely be visiting again.

All staff where very accomodating of us and our 3 young children. A few toys to play with which kept them happy. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of variety to choose from.

The bed in our room (room 29) was VERY uncomfortable and the TV didn't work on any channel only 1 DVD suitable for children.

Location was great and the car park was a good size

The room was basic with a small very high window, no view at all . The other guests were very noisy into the early hours and nothing was done to stop the noise

Perfect location right in the heart of Betws y Coed, really good bar with big tv’s for live sports, booked B&B on a discounted rate so was reasonable, couldn’t fault the breakfast (lovely) and staff. Free parking at the rear of the hotel which is always a bonus. Tea and coffee in the room.

The room was very basic and in need of a lot of TLC, the tv Ariel connection needed repair, very comfortable bed though.

The room was big and the spa was fantastic we should have booked 2 hours, not just 1 hour. The staff were lovely and even put out birthday baloons and banners for my partner. The food was good and the bathroom was so nice.

    Nothing everything was perfect.
