Pros +
- This was our second visit to Llandudno Bay Hotel. It's a nice hotel with an upmarket feel. The bar is good although not a huge choice of drinks, and breakfast is nice. The rooms are comfortable with good decor - we particularly enjoyed the coffee machine. We enjoyed the sea view and falling asleep to the sound of the sea. There was ample street parking when we arrived although less in the evening, and I can imagine it's a challenge in summer (we went in January).
- Beautiful hotel! The entrance was picturesque into a beautiful lobby with a lovely restaurant, bar and lounge. Cozy seating areas with games. Very classy Christmas decorations. Staff was very welcoming. Room was lovely. Modern bathroom. The coffee maker and amenities were perfect. Breakfast was absolutely delicious!
- The Llandudno Bay hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was a lovely single room with sea view.Had all is needed in the room.
Cons -
- At breakfast the staff were a little too efficient, clearing away anything you left still for more than 2 seconds - when breakfast involves some buffet where you are up and down from your seat, they should leave plates and glasses a little longer to ensure they are definitely finished with. Our room this time was a little too cosy with part of the ceiling coming down into the room and cutting off easy access to one side of the bed. The windows need to be cleaned so guests can fully enjoy the sea view.It is a bit of a walk into the main town, but it's not a bad one along the seafront.
- The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, but that’s super nit picky.
- Mattress needs replacing, slightly dipped in the middle

Room was in need of a deep clean very dusty around all skirting back of bed and dirty grouting in showerRusty window latched Noisy room from 6 am when all kitchen fires up fans no chance of sleeping after 6 amRoom far too warm was 22 through night and pillows hard!
Staff were all friendly and accommodating, we ate in the restaurant for lunch and evening meal and the prices were competitive. Our twin room was beautiful - complete with coffee maker. It was my birthday and I was presented with a lovely birthday dessert plate, which was stunning. Beds were really comfortable.
Sadly the lift was out of order and we were on the third floor. We had been warned and it certainly wouldn't stop us staying again
Comfy bed Lovely staffEasy check in Plenty of coffee and tea in room Fan and hairdryer supplied in room Good hot drinks selection at breakfast Very nice hash brown for breakfast
The bathroom needed a little work--Rust in ahowerPlug broken Breakfast Mediocre cooked breakfast Fruit flies in pastries Dirty cutlery and floor

Weather could have been better. ?
Great location. Friendly, helpful team. Comfortable room.
The hotel is on the first line from the sea and its location was right on the promenade. The bed was of good size.
The room was very tiny, my husband has hardly managed to move in the bathroom (for two people there was not enough space). The window was very dirty.
Clean and comfortable. We were meeting family for a meal and the staff were excellent, the cod good D the drinks enjoyable
Small bathroom, but equates
Lovely hotel great location staff really friendly , evening meal ok but breakfast was fab !
Our room was on the 1st floor at the rear of the hotel which was really warm and were unable to open the window due to the pigeons camped on our window sill !!
Will never return
Excessive prices, experience rooms for the quality PoorFood quality
Clean. Nice decor
The hall carpet slightly tired. Was not sure about lift.
Right on the Promenade, restaurant on site, soaker tub was nice.
Unfortunately there was scaffolding that hindered our Seaview room....but things have to be done & we understand that.
Location great and friendly staff
Room was a little dirty in places, the plugs were full of dust behind the units.
Lovely room
Was told about scaffolding after upgrading to a sea view
Great location. Beautiful interior decor .
Just maintenance that can’t be avoided. Hospitality made up for any inconvenience.
