Menu's in room were not current & incorrect. Young manager disinterested. Older mngt team in morning much improved

Super comfortable bed. Lots of space for our suitcases. We were on the 3rd floor and it was nice and quiet. Very cosy and clean room. Just a 10-15 min walk from the town centre.

Beautiful building spotlessly clean Large room with big firm comfortable bed the room had all the amenities you could need. Lots of free parking Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food very high quality. Will definitely go back.

Just the distance from the town after a full day out it would be perfect if it was closer- it’s about 10 minutes leisurely walk past the retail park.

All the food was delicious. We only ate a late dinner and breakfast but it was great. One of the staff carried my heavy bag up the stairs which was so nice of him.

Lovely food, people and room. Had lovely chats with staff and great location for our little Welsh family adventure

Sofa bed was a little hard … but nothing ott

Room106 was a corner suite. I liked the sunrise warm glow from the en suite windows. Excellent breakfast. Dogs allowed in a couple of rooms.

No electric car charging point from what I could see. Book pre theatre in advance.

The hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, lovely spacious room, staff helpful and food excellent. Great value.

Breakfast was generous with buffet options and full english breakfast option. The rooms were clean and very quiet which made for a pleasant stay.Staff were very helpful and polite

Good location for exploring North Wales. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Family room for 4 was a great size.

Double bed was very firm, though this is subjective. Several blinds in the room were broken, windows didn’t shut completely so road noise was an issue at night. Sash window in the bathroom particularly dangerous for those with smaller children.

Comfortable bed, large sized room, location great as just next to where family live.

Bedroom:• Over bed reading lights on the left hand side of the bed didn't work - the switch wouldn't work, faulty.Bathroom:• Under the mirror over the sink, there had obviously been a shelf at one time, but now only one bracket for it on the left and 2 big holes where the bracket had been on the right.• Dark splash marks on the paint on all the walls which just made it look grubby.• Above the towel rail next to the shower, there had obviously been another shelf at one time, but now just 4 holes (2 on either side where the 2 brackets obviously had been. Again, lots of marks on the painted wall around these.• The shower head was filthy - black bacteria round a lot of the nozzles. Obviously not being cleaned properly.**NB: All of the above bathroom points could be quickly negated by filling the holes, a quick coat of paint on the walls and regular thorough cleaning.We have stayed here previously since the rooms were renovated a few years ago, but it felt like it was now being left uncared for.
