Pros +
- The location of this hotel is fantastic. It's right in the middle of Conwy with it's own free car park.
- Staff was accommodating and friendly. It was centrally located. Room was well appointed and furnished. Food in the bar and restaurant was excellent.
- Comfortable room and bed, wonderful staff, good food, ideal touring location, easy parking. We were on the first floor so luggage transition and stairs were easy. Winding, narrow staircases above that could be a problem for some mobility challenged
Cons -
- The room was dusty. Generally the room was clean but there were a number of areas where dust had been allowed to settle.
- When first arriving it was hard to find the front entrance.
