Lovely and relaxing feel inside the hotel. The bar and restaurant areas are beautifully decorated and definitely the centrepiece. Spa facilities are lovely and perfect for a bit of peace and quiet to unwind. Food in the restaurant is amazing and very authentic
Location is slightly away from the centre of Tenby so not really situated to walk there however that's not really a negative to be honest. Town is a 2 minute drive away and probably about 25 mins if walking it I'd say
The room was clean and quite spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and spa were lovely. Food a bit pricey but worth it. Lamb dinner Easter Sunday was excellent. Tracy the spa therapist very good I felt really relaxed and pampered. Lovely decor in dining room and surrounding areas. Fabulous staff all round. So helpful at reception especially.
The outside of the property doesn’t do justice to the inside.
The restaurant serves nice food in a lovely setting with great staff.
We stayed with our family split between two rooms and both were plagued with being too noisy. One from the kitchen and restaurant downstairs and the other from neighbours shouting until well past midnight.
Lovely hotel and staff, well decorated and spotless.
All great but if I had to suggest improvements. I would suggest a less firm mattress and a more powerful shower.
The spa was decent and for the most part, peaceful and quiet. Staff were excellent and couldn't do enough for us, breakfast was really good too.
The terms stated that no under 16s were allowed in the spa (presumably to keep other relaxing and peaceful), however a family with young children arrived towards the end of our time in the Spa, which was unexpected. The room was ok but smelled musty, was very dated in appearance - e.g. the sideboard lacquer was peeling and we could hear guests in the adjacent room using the bathroom which wasn't particularly relaxing.
Staff and service was exceptionalFood was excellent - breakfast excellent Staff were so nice and obliging - really good service would be getting another drink as soon as finishing The lounge was lovely
Uncomfortable bed - could feel the springs in the mattress very poor quality.V noisy couple in another room first night couldn’t get an answer from reception- worrying in an emergency
Everything was wonderful. The staff were amazing, the spa & treatments were exceptional. The hot tub outside was also a really lovely feature. We ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was out of this world. The staff could not do enough for you. The bar guy worked relentlessly to make sure everyone was well looked after. It was lovely to enjoy a prosecco and cocktail around the spa most spas dont allow this and this added to the relaxation element.
We were really disappointed with our room. It had a four poster bed but was dated and not like any of the modern rooms advertised. Our room was not on any of the advertised options so we are not sure what happened. It didn’t spoil our stay however my partner had paid for one of the upgrade options so we were just a little disappointed. Same with the cooked breakfast. The only other suggestion we would have is to limit the times for children in the pool.
Staff were friendly, spa area was quiet and relaxing, and restaurant area was nicely decorated
Room could do with a little TLC
Friendly staff excellent facilities great atmosphere very good food
Can't say that there was anything I didn't like
Being allowed to smoke on the balcony as a smoker it was very handy .
Being a smoker there was no shelter for anybody to smoke the weather was appallingly wet
It was clean and comfortable
The spa was not good the pool was cold and the jacuzzi did not work properly disappointed
The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help you and were very friendly, the use of facilities was on point. The accommodation was clean, tidy and spacious. The location was beautiful and right by the town. My wife had a massage and the lady Tracy was amazing whose advice which treatment would best suit her ailments to the receptionists who would always be so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone and can't thank all the staff for making it an amazing and relaxing place to stay.
The only thing that I could say in a disproving point is the menu was quite pricey.
Great customer service and magnificent breakfast choices and confectionery. Sauna, jacuzzi and relaxing areas are nice as well as the garden area at the back of the building. If sunny, you can get your Vit.D all day long accompanied by either a nice coffe or a beverage from the hotel bar.
Room needs closer attention to details. Wallpaper is lifting in places, bathroom radiator didn't work and there were stains of rust along the wall skirt. Some window paint is peeling and spa robes provided were too small. I noticed other customers with the normal adult size :( Not a big deal for us at the time, but worth looking at.
Beautiful hotel. Food was excellent with loads of choice; we enjoyed the Asian fusion dinner menu and the cocktails. Breakfast was both continental help yourself and a hot meal. Again, loads of choice. Our room was large with nice toiletries and plenty of towels. Lovely helpful staff. We really enjoyed the spa - you need to book a time slot when you check in as numbers are limited and you can order cocktails from the pool loungers. Plenty of parking and walking access to Tenby. Recommend.
Guest Wifi was weak and could do with a boost. The spa was great, but the sauna never got more than lukewarm during our stay.
Wonderful greeting on reception. Lovely quiet room 209. Overlooking garden and some distant country views. Balcony. Tea coffee water and biscuits provided. Great service. Very friendly. Good car parking. Close links to town. About 20 min walk and we walk quickly !The spa was a nice addition and so cosy in the heated conservatory area. We ordered cocktails which was amazing. Restaurant and bar were totally wonderful. Staff great. Polite abc attentive. Breakfast was excellent. Decor was beautiful.
Bed was ok but a bit lumpy. Getting in and out of bathroom through door was awkward and I’m slim. Shower under powdered and bathroom screen gap meant water leaking out on to floor. But this were all minor and didn’t spoil stay.
