- Peaceful, well located and not far from the center of St Davids. Staff very friendly, great barman who made excellent cocktails
- Everything was great. The bathroom was nice and big, with a huge bath, and nice toiletries. The room was great and it was nice to have a big TV opposite the bed. The extra touches were lovely as well, like the bathrobe and slippers, all the backlit mirrors, the fresh milk in the fridge and the heatproof mat for straighteners. The breakfast was really good and the staff were so attentive. There is literally nothing I can find fault with with Twr Y Felin
- Breakfast was good quality. Staff were very attentive and welcoming. Went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. Evening dining experience amazing. The meal was delicious and well oresented. The Christmas trees and hotel experience was amazing.
Cons -
- Breakfast staff were slightly slow and did not have a choice of cheese in the buffet.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable surroundings, room was excellent and staff very attentive
Was a little disappointed at the menu choices for evening meal, very little variation and expensive for what it is. Spent over £80 for one course for two people, portions small although tasty... Was also dismayed to see upon checkout that it had a 1 hygiene rating ... may have chosen to eat elsewhere if we had been aware prior to booking evening meal
Wonderful hotel and they’ve got it absolutely spot on. Very quiet as it was the middle of November, but the service and food was excellent!A short walk into the City and a step back into history in the Cathedral and its grounds.
Nothing!
We had an excellent stay in this amazing hotel. The staff were exceptional and went out of their way to help.
We knew Twr y Felin to be a dog friendly hotel and checked ahead that our little dog could accompany us into the dining room. Unfortunately, we could not take her into the bar which seems rather strange as she was allowed where we had our meals. So, sadly, we had to go out to other places for a drink. However, our room was perfect, a beautiful basket as well as doggy bowls were provided. Also, we could easily access the garden area to give our dog a walk.
Excellent all round, settling, staff, decor and food
Dinning room was dingy, strange layout meant you walked through the dinning room to the lift. The corridor behind the bar smelt bad. Bedroom bathroom had a faint whiff of sewage
Excellent food, an imaginative chef. Really attentive and helpful staffThe setting is superb, with Caerfai bay just down the lane, and stunning scenery.Nice touch that there was a birthday card and prosecco for my son, whose 40th birthday we were celebrating.Pleasant to have an outdoor sitting area.
It will be even better when the spa is available. Not sure about the proliferation of artificial trees in lounge area. A little overdone - and doesn't relate to the glorious natural scenery all around. The cost for the rooms was high!
Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, excellent location. Very good breakfast.
Our experience at the restaurant could have been better. They run out of steak by our booking at 7.15pm. Personally, we found the menu overpriced. No fresh vegetables.
Beautiful location at St Davids and on Pembrokeshire coast path. Lovely hotel, luxurious furnishings and warm reception. The room was spacious, cosy and quiet; nice bedding and facilities. The bar gallery is nicely upgraded and was quiet the night I was there. Breakfast was varied, cooked to order n pleasant service.
Location, comfort, staff and breakfast
Beautiful hotel conveniently set in the lovely city of St David’s. Fabulous spacious rooms, amazing food… the staff were so friendly and accommodating, a very positive experience.
Comfortable, lovely art and great food.
The outdoor look of the building made me concerned at first, but was great once inside!
Our room was lovely as were the communal rooms. Everyone of the staff were very obliging and friendly.
Breakfast choices were very good but the evening dinner menu was very restrictive. All of the food was beautifully cooked and presented but choices very limited.
Wonderful comfortable hotel great location, professional and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast
Nothing, everything about the hotel was perfect.
Lovely room, wonderful shower. Helpful and thoughtful staff.
Breakfast was very average for such a beautiful property and as compared to other locations we stayed at.
Very modern central hotel. Friendly welcome on arrival from Alison. Spotlessly clean.
Not enough variety re dinner menus
Excellent fine dining in very nice restaurant. We were shown to our room and everything explained to us.
Nothing at all to complain about. A very high standard in every aspect of this hotel.
Beautiful hotel, quiet, comfortable beds, great food, I would stay here again
It was expensive
Excellent breakfast with good choice of cereals and cooked breakfasts . Also the availability of ev charging was very helpful . The staff were very friendly and helpful .
