Location, great restaurant, lovely garden, welcoming staff
The location is excellent staff were always happy to help. The food was consistently tasty and well presented . My second stay here and I will definitely be back .
The inn had a great area for hanging out and having a drink or playing cards in the evenings. Full breakfast in the morning was delicious! Free parking was a bonus.
Nothing, it was great.
Friendly, helpful staff. Location.
No shelf space in bathroom.
Great location, fab shower
Absolutely nowhere in the bathroom to put anything, a shelf would be so helpful! Carpark very small spaces and very tight to maneuver
Great location, sweet and helpful staff. Wonderful, full breakfast with lots of choices. Absolutely yummy. Bottles water in rooms. Fairly quiet at night.
Hotel could use a little facelift. A bit noisy to be right above the kitchen.
Friendly staff, comfortable atmosphere, nice room and amenities.

The staff were delightful, and very helpful, the room was clean, neat and comfortable. We were offered an electric fan as it was very warm that day, and it was much appreciated. Convenient parking. and a nice beer garden to sit and unwind in. A fairly decent dinner served in the residents' sitting room was most welcome.
I was a little disappointed with the breakfast as my American Pancakes weren't freshly homemade to order, I suspect, and the coffee was a bit weak.
We re-visited the hotel after 37 years! A highlight certainly was the Welsh Male Chorus outside in the yard. After their performance, they spontaneously broke into classic songs over beers, just for the pure joy of it all! Dining in the courtyard and overlooking the tower of the magnificent cathedral following choral Evensong with the bells sounding in the valley below was simply unforgettable.
Staff were lovely. Great location. Included breakfast was excellent. Arrived quickly with perfectly poached eggs.
The included parking was tight. I parked on the street
Great location in the center of the village. I arrived by bus and the hotel was nearby. Went hiking in the coast from the front door. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was good too.
The room was very spacious and comfortableThe staff was available and helpful at all timesThe location was also amazing and there were 2 EV chargers for our electric car in the car parkThe food the restaurant offered at dinner was also delicious
I think breakfast could be improved
Excellent valueModern rooms Very good restaurant Tiny village and this hotel was central
O
This was a good base for hiking along the coast. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfasts and dinners were good. Bus stops are very close by, which made getting to and from hikes very convenient.
Very comfortable, clean, and quiet room. Really nice breakfast. View from the room was over the city and very nice. Loved having a bar with a nice outdoor space on the bottom floor. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing location.
Great parking and location. Staff made us feel really welcome on arrival. Room 12 was small but was all we needed. Breakfast was lovely and again service great. We actually had family come and have lunch with us in the restaurant too and the food was gorgeous!
TV was practically on the ceiling which it didn’t really matter but aesthetically it wasn’t great.Bed/mattress lent to one side which made for an extremely uncomfortable night asleep.Shower head wasn’t fixed on properly, I tried to fix myself but couldn’t, this meant water was spraying in all directions and to add to that the shower tray was filling up so fast with water I had to turn it off mid shower to let it drain away and then pop it back on again. Not a ‘must have’ but a ‘nice to have’ would be Welsh products in the bathroom rather than the ‘Made in England’ ones, nothing against English (I am actually English myself) but thought it may be a nicer touch to have locally sourced toiletries.
Beautiful hotel, excellent location which made it easier to explore the area. Rooms and food (evening meal/breakfast) were fabulous quality. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will hopefully visit again in the near future.
Great location in the centre of St Davids and the hotel have their own car park. Hotel was lovely and clean, food was great and staff were so friendly and welcoming. They are dog friendly and staff really made a fuss of our dog.Bottles of water were provided in the room and they provide a fridge on the landing with fresh milk for people to use. They also provided a gift for the dog in our room which was a little of box of treats. It’s these extra touches that make such a difference. We will definitely be back!
The only downside was that you could hear some talking from the restaurant below at night but this wasn’t a massive issue at all. They tend to lock the doors at 10pm and we found that shortly after this we couldn’t hear anything.
