    Pros +

    • Really close to town centre, free parking.
    • Hotel was lovely, breakfast was good to
    • We love staying at the plastic breakfast is always delicious.

    Cons -

    • Thought the bed was too firm and rooms not sound proof.
    • The hotel room on arrival was stinking of weed , we reported to staff who wasn't really bothered at the time offered to go up with air freshener but wasn't concerned about tackling the issue, we complain again and they said they had knocked the room but no reply and thought they was in another room , it was absolutely stinking
    • We were given a different room, but my husband went downstairs and asked if we were able to swap room and they did,as he knows he gets a good sleep and it has a large wardrobe, which he loves his clothes hung up.

Nice hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was excellent.

Wanted to have a meal in the evening but the chef was not in. The staff offered to cook but we didn't feel that they should have to. Disappointing!

Staff were polite and resolved issues we had with our room and overcharging, food was good and service was good.

On arrival no soap, shower gel/shampoo or hair dryer was in our room, a visit to reception resolved this. The housekeeping team did not have a key to our room and therefore could not service it, again the his was resolved when we sat in the bar whilst they sorted this.

The room we had was lovely. It was so warm and comfortable. The room was clean and had all facilities we needed. The staff were lovely as was the breakfast.

Jay went above and beyond and saved the stay! First room had no operational heating. Staff were all very friendly. Very comfy bed.

Be aware the hotel does not have a restaurant operating as a general rule and the pub/hotel that they have a reciprocal agreement with is not serving food except for weekends. Again Jay saved the day when nowhere else in town was open for food. Budget rooms do not have a desk.

We booked 3 rooms and also booked the conference room for a family event. The facilities, food and staff were all great and would highly recommend. The breakfast was also lovely and well worth the money. Plenty of parking for us and our guests. great location, right next to the town centre. Also had a lovely meal in The Angel just down the road (at the time, 5% discount off the meal if you are staying in the hotel). Highly Recommend !

Excellent location, 2 minute walk to the centre of the town. The staff are amazing and the breakfast is excellent. The rooms are extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. Can’t fault it.

Location was good for us as we wanted to be near saundersfoot and tenby. Breakfast was outstanding!

The decor has started to look a little faded in the room we were in. One of the spotlights in the bathroom had developed a flicker so we ended up not turning on the lights and just used the light coming in from the bedroom.
