The breakfast was amazing, staff were exceptional, helpful and friendly

Bed felt small for two, pillows uncomfortable for preference choice, unfortunately not a nice view, however I suspect other rooms had nicer views. The pool was fabulous, however a bit cold sauna and heated beds were lovely! beds were lovely.

Loved the rooms, the bed was super comfy! All the staff were really helpful, polite and friendly! Especially the breakfast staff who were working the morning of 22.02.26, massive credit to your team, very helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough and always checked that we were happy with our breakfast! Thank you so much!

Everything was perfect, the pool was a little cold for my liking, but that's genuinely down to preference as my fiancé thought the pool was a perfect temperature for him. The heated loungers were lovely and relaxing and the Sauna was great as well.

Great pool and close to town and sea front

No evening meals. The room was cold put the heating on we went out for food time came back the heating had gone off thought it come back on again but no at 12.30am I had to go look fir someone and he said he had to bossed it then cam the morning it was back off and was cold the window was letting so much cold in unbelievable

For the last couple of years , I and my hubby have stayed in the Atlantic hotel, an absolutely beautiful place, we love the swimming pool, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, can't do enough for you, our only criticism is we stayed for one night the 6th of February which cost us £165 pounds, on returning home my brother had informed me, he'd booked for his self and girlfriend on the 14th of February obviously this is Valentine's night, had only paid £150 pounds, both with no sea view, so I'm a bit confused about this.

The cost after finding out that my brother paid less for Valentines night.

Beds are very uncomfortable. Pool facilities only 45 min slots with a pre arranged booking system.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and offered a good choice. The hotel lounge area was inviting and comfortable as was the cliff top outdoor seating area.

All staff were welcoming and kind, explained the facilities very well, the pool and sauna was lovely, clean, calm and relaxing, breakfast was very tasty, and easy to work around, the night staff were very helping, and caring.. the garden was beautiful, and on site parking available which was very handy and close to hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Everything felt so calm and unostentatiously luxurious. Friendly staff, but in an unobtrusive way, so you still had your privacy. Loved the peaceful luxury of the pool with the water jets. Lovely cook who brought gluten free toast to my table and called me 'my love'. Totally chilled. .

Lovely friendly staff,great location, really great breakfast

The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. They are always willing to assist and answer any questions. The breakfast is healthy, and the restaurant staff did a fantastic job as well.

The hotel features a seaview room and a garden perched on the cliff in front of it. It's within walking distance to everywhere in the city and the seaside.

The hotel is stylish, classy and kept clean. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours and the hotel walls are rather thin.

We had noisy neighbours who woke us early. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to not being woken by our children. I'd suggest the hotel putting a notice in rooms to remind guests to consider noise levels for other guests. A lovely lounge area can be used downstairs to talk if you are a night owl/early bird.
