Beds were superb The views disappointing Staff very friendly & helpful

Only stayed for one night to attend a Black Tie event, not much time available to exploreA big lake but nothing attractive ☹️

Lovely modern roomWith everything you need

Not enough tea bags or milk provided.No cutlery on the breakfast table.No fried eggs.I am aware I could ask for more teabags and fried eggs but I shouldn't have to.

Hotel facilities, room cleanliness all good.

No slots available to use spa, which was the main reason for booking the hotel so I was very disappointed

Nice breakfast, good size room. Only one day i was denied entry to the pool area as it was 'full'. good location for the NEC.

The spa being included was a real treat, great choice of restaurants, large room which was very clean and smelt nice, good shower and toiletries, breakfast was very good too, we felt like we got a lot for our money

The hotel staff were very helpful and the hotel was immaculate. We used the Spa and pool which was amazing and we ate in the Sky Bar which was fantastic we had a great time and will definitely stay again

We visit quite regularly. Always have a lovely stay with you all. Staff lovely room and food cleanliness all excellent. Will be back very soon.

amazing location, only a 10 min train into town for shopping and lots of shops nearby within the shopping centre. the facilities and spa treatments were amazing

a lot of the treatments were quite expensive or had a waitlist

Rooms were large and beds were very comfortable

Window view was not good ,looking onto flat roofs

nice and warm room. Linen clean and soft.Use of Spa .Breakfast lots of choice and fresh.

Discount on food and drink says "up to 15%"...turns out it was 10! Plus a 10% service charge automatically added. Also, no hot water for our bathroom this morning.

At check in there wasn't a twin room with a walk in shower available but the man on reception rang housekeeping and arranged for a double room to be made into a twin and we then got a walk in shower.This was so kind of him to go to that trouble.for us and it was so appreciated.The room was clean and comfortable and had a lovely view of the lake..We needed subtitles on the TV which are usually easy to find but not on this room TV so I rang reception and within minutes a lovely lady came to help, she also had a problem but eventually she did it.Wonderful service from reception..

The heating controls are not easy to use and the room needed to be warmer as it was a very cold night.The carpet needed a clean.We struggled to get subtitles on the TV.
