Staff were Excellent, food was good and the location was peaceful whilst being close to all amenities.

Hotel and facilities were good and would definately stay here again.

Hadn't changed since the 80s, room and bathroom v small and basic. Only a VELUX window overlooking staff car park and bins.

Charming building in very convenient location. Very clean and staff very attentive and friendly.

Exceptional breakfast, the staff always had a smile and went way above to make my stay very welcoming. Stayed here as I had a funeral to attend, with the funeral reception held at the premises. They allowed me to use the room during the day for my convenience, which made my stay a home from home experience. The food spread for the reception was top quality too. Thank you all.

No heating in the room. Had to ask for it to be switched on after we had been there for an hour or so. The next morning, no heating on in the room again. As it was a chilly, windy and wet afternoon/evening, I don't see why it wasn't thought of, and the bathroom was not very well appointed. (But it was clean)

Staff were very helpful. Room was nice and breakfast excellent.

One issue that has caused me not to give everything top marks was that the electric shower in our room (room 7) did not work - it kept cycling between very hot and very cold so it was impossible to use. This was disappointing. I did try to report as we were leaving but could not find anyone near reception. As I said in my review the hotel, staff and food were good but this issue was poor as you expect a working shower when you have paid for a good hotel.

Food was excellent and room comfortable. Location quiet but close to major road so an ideal situation to travel all over the island.

A bit more heat in the lounge and dining room

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, really friendly and helpful staff. Amazingly delicious food in their restaurant, very impressed with their separate Vegetarian / Vegan menu. Definitely recommend to stay and/or eat in their restaurant. Used by locals for their special occasions. Great Value. I was a female travelling on my own and felt very safe. Definitely returning. Great base to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

That I had to come home and couldn't stay longer!

Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. Evening menu limited but food was good. Service excellent. All staff very friendly & helpful

Freestanding shower would be better than shower over the bath

The hotel is conveniently situated just off the A55 but I didn't hear any traffic noise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and met my needs exactly. I will be using the hotel again when I next visit Ynys Mon.

Super friendly staff, ate in restaurant and food was very good, very quiet location

The bedrooms are comfortable for an overnight stay but are dated, particularly the en-suites

They kindly gave me a breakfast bap as I needed to leave before breakfast

Every aspect of my stay was excellent including meals comfortable bed and lovely helpful members of staff .My only comment is the shortage of a facility to hang clothes but I understand why . Otherwise perfect and I will mostcertainly wish to return .
