All Seasons Philipburn, BW Signature Collection

The breakfast was made to order. one simply fills in a sheet with everything they would like for breakfast and submit it the day before. The breakfasts and dinner were exceptional. I didn't expect dinner service to be available, but I got an email from the hotel asking if I would like to order dinner for the night of my arrival! I was sent the menu and has able to order prior to arrival and had dinner the evening we arrived.

It would be nice to have a lift up to the 3rd floor as it was hard to carry the baggage up and down 3 flights of stairs.

Very friendly and professional team running the hotel. Adrian and Graham the owners were most welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. Comfortable bedrooms and a good bed with good pillows. Great breakfast. A well stocked bar. No complaints, and would definitely choose to stay again when in the area.

Property was well presented and clean.

Room was cold on arrival with broken radiator thermostat. Too many instructional signs around the whole hotel….Do this, don’t do that etc. Dinner and breakfast had to be pre-ordered which although benefitted the hotel did not benefit the customer.

'Garden room' has no view! Luckily had scooter, as up hill from Hotel building

Very clean and comfortable. Really quiet location so peaceful….had a great night’s sleep. Thought it was very good value.

We enjoyed 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners. Food was good, portions were huge and the staff did everything possible to meet our requests.Our luggage was carried to and from our room, as my husband was injured… many thanks for that. Staff were personable and cheerful.

Lovely bedroom, quiet and clean. The building has character and the potential to be very good once the few things ironed out.

Staff training needed, nice young folk but not much idea on what to do, the managers very disorganised but friendly, which might be why the staff are not sure what they are doing.

On-site parking. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee, iron/ironing board, hairdryer provided in room.

In general the dinner menu and service was very poor. Even the breakfast, which is now almost universally a buffet, relied on unreliable table service. Against that the general facilities in the room: bed, TV, bathroom, space allowed were excellent

Overall the property was understaffed and this caused a little grumpy reaction from the lady supporting breakfast on day one

Buffet breakfast a total disaster. Plates cold and cooked items less than warm. The only think hot was the egg cooked to order .Room was fantastic.

The management seemed chaotic. We were asked, have you heard of faulty towers, due to giving a wrong room which turned out to be exactly the same as the room we were supposed to be allocated.

The room was amazing nice amd large very clean and tidy amazing location so quite and peaceful the staff were great

The only issue I had was the TV was to low if you wanted to sit in bed and watch TV ypy had to sit right up so couldn't relax and watch TV in bed this was the only issue we had

Wonderful welcome despite checking in late close to the cut off. Nothing too much trouble, immaculate facilities.

Breakfast was nice enough but buffet style so not a wow breakfast.
